These vac-bags literally have endless uses, & they're exceptionally useful. They're also incredibly easy to use with their double seal zip-lock system & it's really handy to have the assortment of different sizes in this variety pack. Anything stored within comes out exactly in the condition it went in. (As an example, the "jumbo" sized bags can EASILY accommodate very bulky items such as 13 tog king size hollow fibre duvets which are compressed right down to 2/3's of their size). You can store many smaller items of clothing to much larger items with ease that would otherwise take up a lot more valuable space as well. The vacuum inside keeps everything in PERFECT condition & your clothing or other items are kept 100% dust & moisture free. A small hand pump is supplied which is certainly sufficient for clothing or smaller items in the smallest bags (if travelling, etc.), however, you definitely need a vacuum cleaner for the larger bags or you'll be hand pumping forever to get all possible air out. (As long as it's done VERY carefully too (or you'll just blow the zip-lock seals back apart), I find that once the bags are actually sealed you can GENTLY squeeze some of the excess air out of the bags which saves a fair degree of effort before you start hand pumping too. For best results, however, use a vacuum cleaner to remove the air & the whole process then literally takes seconds. Supplied in cardboard retail packaging. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. *** EDIT: Most of my vac-bags have now had multiple cycles of being opened & re-sealed over 2+ years now, whilst some have been permanently sealed the whole time. The additional space they create & the condition they keep all items within is just incredible. They're worth every penny & every star!! However, the valve on one of my jumbo sized bags finally failed after two years & the bag just wouldn't hold a vacuum anymore. The manufacturer/seller has a fully dedicated webpage if a replacement is required under the lifetime guarantee (which even includes a specific entry for providing your Amazon order number). I completed all of the required details on the dedicated webpage & the page flagged the message that my details had been received for processing, but I then heard nothing back after that at all. After waiting for a fair period, I contacted the seller through Amazon to notify them of the problems with the failed jumbo vac-bag, & with their website. The seller responded immediately & they sent me a retail box with 2 x jumbo replacement bags as well. Possibly some issues with their dedicated replacement system that the manufacturer/seller needs to address, but they still honour the lifetime guarantee in full if you contact them via Amazon instead. (Contact them directly from "your orders" which will automatically include your order number & details, etc.). Otherwise, I'm still very happy with these bags indeed after 2 1/2 years. Still only this one failure to date too that the seller immediately replaced once notified. EXCELLENT product & EXCELLENT customer service as advertised. My rating remains 5/5. ***

I'm one of those people who keeps retired bedding, towels, and soft furnishings "just in case," and storing it all has become a challenge. The vacuum bags I'd been using had aged badly so I decided to replace them all. Spacesaver bags are a massive improvement on them. Pros: * good sturdy plastic and closures –– they make my old ones look like sandwich bags * good choice of useful sizes (I bought the mixed box) * you get a hand pump with them, which is ideal for travel * really excellent customer service –– I needed replacements and it was all dealt with in a matter of hours after first contacting the company * surprisingly, they're cheaper per unit than cheap own-brand bags I bought at a store No real cons to mention, to be honest, except they just encourage me not to declutter... The jumbo size really is huge. Their most impressive feat so far is that a jumbo bag completely swallowed a futon, one of those trifold ones you use for a guest bed. It was a real problem to store and now it's shrunk to a manageable size to shove under the bed. To make better use of space when you vac the bags, I'd suggest pressing the contents flat while you extract the air, or you might not be able to stack them neatly. You can do it single-handed –– I managed it –– but it's easier with a bit of help. The air's extracted so throughly that the contents can curl up and it's harder to flatten the bags once they're sealed. Overall, terrific quality and I'll be buying more.

A couple of the smaller bags don't stay deflated - air rushes in as soon as I remove the vacuum head, plus the largest bags are massive - great to store a heavy duvet - or two! Good quality plastic and fittings and I've used many of them with success, condensing bulky woollens and the like into a bags that can fit into the divan drawers, with a couple of others under anothed bed.

Excellent Prdouct. Tried others & they leaked. Bought these. Much thicker bags, seem more durable, no leaks. Still fully deflated after 2 days. Highly recommended.

These are amazing. It’s brilliant watching them shrink down in size. So excited by the magic I insisted my partner watched as I vacuumed the jumbo bag of sleeping bags and pillows. I’ve used all the sizes and it’s several months later now and all are remaining fully airtight. I have some in the bottom of my wardrobe for seasonal clothes, sleeping bags, etc and I’ve used some for holdalls and packing blankets which are stored in our garage which is a cold, airy and sometimes wet place and these are still perfect even after the freezing winter and rain. I’m a big fan. The trick is to ensure you use the little zip adapter properly from the very beginning to the very end of the closing strip. Zip slowly and carefully and it holds the strip closed and airtight perfectly. On jumbo bags it helps to have a friend to hold the strip flat and tight whilst your zipping. Or I just sit on them to flatten a bit whilst zipping. Do not overfill to the extent it’s tricky to get the closing strips together. Having said that mine are pretty packed in. The plastic is strong and definitely up for the job. I love them and certainly recommend them.

Unbelievably thin compared to my last purchase of these about six months ago. Will see how well these last but i doubt they will last long being this thin. Very disappointed.

This is the second time that I have purchased Vacuum storage bags and I have to say I thought buying this brand would be better then the cheap ones I brought years ago. I am not sure if I am doing it wrong but I have followed the instructions not to overfill however the 2 that I have used for bedding have needed to have the air sucked out again. The product itself seems to be of excellent quality however the air creeps back in needing to be sucked again.

They don't hold vacuüm. Al of them are filled with clothing and blankets, all of them lost vacuüm.

Alle Tüten halten sehr lange das Vakuum. Habe bis jetzt eigentlich nicht beobachten können, dass die Sachen wieder Luft ziehen. Sehr Praktisch für Reisen. Die Handpumpe nicht vergessen mitzunehmen, sondern müsst ihr Staubsauger im Hotel ausleihen. :-)

Sehr robuste Folienbeutel. Sind jetzt im Dauergebrauch. Perfekte Größen um Platz im Schrank zu schaffen.
