I used this product years ago and loved it. I recently purchased it again to be a part of my skin care routine. This product has been clinically proven to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. It absorbs quickly, and it's super easy to pump out and apply. It does provide a dewy/glowy look once applied. Your skin is soft and with long term use, you will see a changes in your fine lines and wrinkles. It is a little pricey, but I feel that if it does it's job, it's well worth it.

Be aware of subsribe and save for this product. I have subscribe and save for this since it cost alot and it was cheaper that way. I did not need my back up one until today. When I opened it, it would not expel the cream in the right pump. Only the left side of the pump worked. I tried to exchange it, but the last date to return it was in October. I called customer service since Amazon has always been so wonderful to help with problems. However, this time they would not help. It is past the return window, even though it is broken! So my advice to you is it is a wonderful product although it is pricey, I will not buy another for awhile (because of the cost). If you have subscribe and save for this product, my whole reason for this review is to tell you when you receive your bottle check it right away! I wish I had. The only problem with that is now it won't be fresh if you don't need it for awhile. Since this has happened to my pump, I have checked into this product and it looks as though this has been a problem for some with only one side of the pump working. All the more reason to check it works when you receive it.

This stuff really works, and the seller is great! My first bottle was dispensing incorrectly, and I immediately took it to Kohl’s for a return. I received a replacement the next morning. I will continue to buy from this seller. Thank you!

I have been using Skin Medica products for 17+ years. The TNS is an Incredible skin cream. When you first start using it, you’ll notice a little redness on your forehead - forget it. It’ll go away.I stopped using it after six months in the beginning just to see if there was a difference in my skin. There was a total difference! I needed more moisturizer. My skin felt dry, the texture looked different and my skin looked dull..I see that people have problems with the pump. Just shake it or turn it upside down for a little bit and it’ll start coming back out again.As for the price, it takes a year to get rid of this product, using it twice a day religiously. It only takes one pump to cover your whole face and I also do my neck. I usually go brush my teeth to give it a chance to soak in before I put on my moisturizer.I just turned 73 and there is no one who thinks I am even close to my age….I am addicted!This pic is out of the shower, no makeup, no touch up.

I use this product in conjunction with a number of other products and techniques so I can’t point to specific improvements, but I’m satisfied there is enough evidence to support continued use. I wait until the price hits 235 or below to purchase. If you check camelcamelcamel, you can see that the price drops frequently enough that you don’t need to pay full price.Now to the pump issue. After finishing one bottle, we busted it open to understand how it works (see photos). How I would recommend “unsticking” a pump that is not dispensing properly is to break off the bottom (chrome) cover to reveal the bottom ends of the dispensers. There are two small holes in each, and by unfolding a large paperclip, you can feed the paperclip through one of the holes to gently push up the plunger/piston to get it moving. Once you do that, the dispenser should start moving on its own. (If you can’t break the bottom cover off, you might try drilling a large hole for access to the sticking dispenser.) FYI there was really no residual product to remaining in the dispensers to collect when they were empty. (One of the photos shows the plungers/pistons in each dispenser all the way at the top with no product remaining.)
