Farben und Form wunderschön! Qualität des Stoffes allerdings verbesserbar
Wir haben die Flosse für meine Tochter (6 Jahr) bestellt und sie hat sich riesig gefreut. Die Farben sehen aus wie auf dem Bild und sind wirklich wunderschön. Die Monflosse passt sich dank Schnürrung perfekt an und ist bequem. Allerdings hält der Stoff überhaupt nichts aus. Nach der aller ersten Nutzung hatte der Flossenüberzug bereits erste kleine Risse und das obwohl wir, da ja ganz neu wirklich vorsichtig damit umgegangen sind und ich meiner Tochter beim Anziehen geholfen habe. Bei der zweiten Nutzung löste sich der Innenteil der Blüten des Haarschmucks durch das Wasser (da nur aufgeklebt).Meine Tochter liebt die Flosse trotz alledem heiß und innig ...Daher würde ich das Set wahrscheinlich wieder kaufen

Faulty design, lasted 3 months
This packge: mermaid fin, tail, and other accessories was purchased for my 9 year old daughter's Christmas gift. It was a bit pricey ($70CAD) but she had asked for one for close to a year. It came with everything above, before Christmas. The shipping did take a long time, but I suspect it was because there was a labor strike with the PO. When asked to have clarity on the shipment, the customer service was prompt and helpful.Unfortunately, the product itself is the problem. The monofin is durable and has been great and works as expected. The TAIL that fits over top has had numerous problems. Buttons snapping off, the seams pulling apart, holes everywhere (because the monofin's edging is very sharp--other brands' fins have protection over so the swimsuit material is not destroyed like it was with this one), and one extremely large rip that made the entire suit give way. My daughter only used this about 10 times and only every put the fin on *after* she had the tail (suit) on, so she was not forcing it through the material (I don't even think it's possible to do that, tbh).I am leaving 2 stars because the product is not worth the money. It's disappointing that this would happen after 3 months of casual wear (this happened in late March). I gave 2 stars because the customer service dept. was asked first about shipment as noted above, and secondly, about a refund. Although I realize my time for a refund had passed since ordering, I still felt it would be worthwhile to reach out. They asked if I'd like to have a replacement tail, but only if I'd pay $12 in shipping. Why would I want another when the same thing would happen? It's a faulty design. They were kind and prompt in reply, but did not rectify the situation. I would not recommend.
