Amazing product! I use it daily to make smoothies and frappes. It mixes up drinks with huge ice cubes like they’re butter. Looks beautiful too. Plus the cleaning cycle is super helpful!!

The blender was great for a couple of years until it failed one day with a pop and burning smell.KitchenAid sent a courier to collect it several weeks after logging the warranty claim, insisting that the entire thing including the jug came back.They returned it in a worse state than when it was sent to them, this time with cracked plastic at the base, so back it went.Only to be returned the next time with the dial not working properly..So back it went again, only to be returned yet again this time with the dial completely broken off.The KitchenAid service centre appears to be a room full of monkeys with hammers and screwdrivers.It takes 4-6 weeks every time there is any interaction or response from them.We bought several KitchenAid products a few years ago and every single one of them has turned out to be a complete dud.They do not deserve the reputation they have, and they are terrible value.Rather than buying this, save your money and get the one from Duronic instead.

It is very powerful and tackles ice and all frozen foods in seconds. I’m very pleased.
