Great resistance bands, been using it for a few months now and the quality is good, I attach it to the door using the parts included and it gives a good amount of resistance. Also easy to put away when not in use. Recommended.

It is not what I expected in the first place, but it is a good value of money. Good for workout at home, flexible adjustments and various uses- still exploring excercises with it.

The resistance curve basically nothing until the very end of the stretch where it basically goes from nothing to 100% in less than 2 inches. Bad for your joints, ineffective for a workout, not worth using.

Only used once so far. Seems like it’s as good as any of the others being sold. The exercise guide is a joke with everything jammed on a small sheet that is barely readable. Looked more like poster size in the pictures.

So far so good! Pretty durable.

Both my boyfriend and I love the products!!! Since we are working out at home, these bands add great resistance to the workout and they seem really durable.

Thought each band had it's own resistance per pound, but they are all the same which makes it difficult to use when you have to place them correctly to get a proper workout.

bought this product to work out at home. because gym is closed. was a great buy for the price. i like the fact that you can use the bands together for more resistance. overall i am very happy with this purchase.
