This is a reliable device with great battery life and power. I wear it around my neck to cool my face under my very hot scrub gown in OR. It is somewhat heavy. Provides great ventilation and on low setting it is quiet enough to hear what's going on around me during procedures.

This is my second "little orange fan". I bought the 1st one when I started menopause & suffered from hot flashes. I'm naturally hot natured so now I use them all the time. I also love to clip them on my top & point them at my face. I feel that they keep the cooties away & help with the heat of wearing masks. You will want to label the charging cable because they do not fit any other device, I have. I put orange dots on them, with a sharpie. I keep one in my purse at all times & take the other, when I travel. It clips right onto your pant or top. This one came with a lanyard, to wear around my neck. I even set it on the table, when we eat out. I just LOVE this fan!!!!!

Skip to the third full paragraph for the actual review of the item.I tend to get very hot and sweat when I sleep causing me to wake up with a headache, but I also need to to have something covering me (like a light blanket or sheet). So I sleep with the ceiling fan on.Unfortunately, my mother in law likes to turn off the ceiling fan at like 5 in the morning when she wakes up and I’ll end up waking up to my pillowcase damp. It’s really annoying because the house is like a greenhouse so when I’m sleeping, I can actually feel when the fan goes off and the heat seeps in (I sleep on the couch in the living room with a million windows). Since I’m still semi-asleep when this happens, I don’t have the energy to get up and turn it back on. I’ve told her multiple times to please leave it on, but she keeps doing it to the point where my father in law now does it too.So that’s where this fan comes in. I got fed up and bought a fan that they can’t touch. Pretty much a life saver. It’s rechargeable, so I can charge it while still having it on. It takes a USB-C cable, so I just use my Switch charger for it. I sleep with it close to me so I can grab it and turn it on when I feel the ceiling fan go off. I usually sleep with it on my chest or above my head on my pillow on the lowest setting and it really does help regulate my body temperature.I have used this at work as well. Since I’m outside for all my shifts for the time being, I clip this onto the top of my shirt under my neck or the back of my pants (although my shirt often covers the part of the fan that takes in the air making the fan difficult the expel it up the back of my shirt). So far I’ve only been using the fan on the first or second setting and the battery life has been great. It isn’t too noisy on the lowest setting, but obviously it gets louder the harder it works in the other settings. I do wish the clip on the back could rotate so that the fan could face down or sideways instead of always facing upwards. But overall, I really like this fan. It’s compact, doesn’t weigh much, and my hair doesn’t get stuck in it like a traditional fan, so I’m grateful.

I've owned this fan for a year. Still works well. I use this more as a desk fan, than a wearable fan. I think it's well designed and well made.

When clipped onto pants your shirt ends up blocking where it pulls air from

I was having issues with my meds making me overheat and this thing was a life saver during work in the summer. Good hard blowing power with a long lasting battery. Keeps me cooler than a neck fan did and it's out of the way on my waist. It's noisy on high but in a noisy environment you hardly notice it. I wish it came in a smaller version that I could clip to my pants legs at my ankles. That would be amazing!

This was bought for me almost as a joke. I ended up taking it with me on a trip to a much warmer, humid place than where I live. This was a lifesaver! I turned it on any time I was sweaty and it immediately cooled me down. I would suggest to anyone considering.

Sounded like a great idea and I had such high hopes for it but it just didn't work as advertised. When you put it on your waist to blow up into your shirt your shirt ends up blocking the air from coming into the fan! It works better hung around your neck but that's what I use a neck fan for. Highly disappointed!

Cool gadget and little traveler! So this fan is for nanas walking to help her while she was venturing around the neighbourhood lol she likes that it’s compact and the 3 options of fan cool her down after her walks or halfway through. The clips made it easy for her to keep it on ( she’s wasn’t a fan of the straps that it came with but I’m sure they are great as well) I used it when I went for a walk with the pups and it does keep your head cool! Great product!And great for the purpose it was purchased for.
