LG OLED77CXPUA 77" CX 4K OLED TV w/AI ThinQ with Deco Gear Soundbar Bundle

I'm very happy with this TV. The picture is amazing. It was brand new in original LG box, which was well packaged, and arrived in 11 days (with original estimate of 10-18 days). Bundled items (pictured) came in a separate package and arrived several days before the TV. I have not used these items yet. I considered these freebies and may use them with another TV in my house. Regarding the soundbar, if you're spending this much on a TV, you will probably want a higher quality soundbar than this to go with it (or a full speaker system). Also, I noticed the price of the bundle dropped after I ordered, but before I received the TV. I messaged Beach Camera and they were able to refund the difference!

Sound bar that came with it ( DecoHome). Was not as good of sound as TV speakers. Also hard to set up with “magic controller”

Five years ago my 65 inch S@ny was state of the art, but the new OLED panel is a giant leap forward. Contrast range is outstanding. Color fidelity is excellent. Viewing angle is enormous. Also, it displays all formats with surprisingly high resolution, even my videos and old DVDs, so the engine is a major improvement over older 1g models.

TV is amazing quality as expected, the extra cords came in handy. Sound bar is a nice add on, but nothing special. On time delivery.

My husband loves this tv, and the installation was done by professionals.

Awesome TV, picture quality is outstanding

Ok so the tv is absolutely awesome. It even tells you when the tv is in game mode and in HDR. You can click the green button a few times and verify the resolution AND FPS at 120hz with call of duty in the new Xbox. No complaints the tv was delivered professionally and the delivery guy had a hard on over it too :). The draw back is the sound bar and the mount. The mount was missing the tension knobs to secure the angle. Good thing I noticed and had a back up mount so it worked out. The blacks are so dark that the tv looks off when a blank screen is active! I contacted BH photo and they said they would get back to me regarding the missing parts... for 4 grand you would think it would be taken care of immediately but I will update this review. The sound bar I was going to use for my old Panasonic plasma that’s moving upstairs. But the optical input did not work. Bluetooth worked but honestly the delay was too much and the bar didn’t sound any better than the native speakers. So I’m not even mentioning it to them. I also never got an email from ascurion verifying my extended warranty. So I emailed them through Amazon and we’ll haven’t heard yet.... so I will update regarding this as well. Not good what if I had an issue? Over all the tv is simply awesome. Works perfectly with my harmony hub and controller and simply looks amazing with the correct signal. I am now using the ISA dark room settings and Fios looks pretty good. I got it mostly for Xbox and streaming 4K and those interfaces directly with the internet look spectacular. The extras are ok. The mount was good quality but I received an opened seal box with the knobs removed. So buyer beware you may want to purchase your own mount as a back up because I was excited to see this up and would have felt sore if I paid 4K and couldn’t even watch the thing. So the minus one star is for the service. Update: The ascurion warranty did email me back and said it was registered with Amazon so I need not worry only need to contact Amazon with problems if any in the future. There is a “specialist” working on my tv stand issue so we will see where that goes. But I am still so impressed with the quality of this tv. I have to continuously reduce the contrast with HDR content the tv is so bright. I am so happy with it thank you LG! Update: the company sent the knobs. All is good thank you! Oh yes and the tv is still so beautiful. I am so sold on OLED.
