Very well machined.
This rail fits perfect ! However there is a lack of information from the seller. Says it fits Begara rifles but if you have a Premier model, the screws are 6x28, not the 8x28 that fits the rest of the models. I will keep mine for another rifle but had to carefully order one with bigger screws for my rifle. Now I can't shoot my new rifle for another week.

Talley, Remington 700 Scope Mount Bergara Premier and Pro Only Not the B14 HMR
Total 5 star on the product (scope base) and the seller. Clearly states at the bottom for description this base is for the premier series (pro) Bergara. The B!14 is the B14 the Pro premier series is the premier, there is a difference not huge but there is a difference. The B14 takes the Remington 700 mount just like the premier series BUT the B14 HMR uses 6x48 screws. The Premier series also uses the Remington 700 mount BUT it uses the 8x40 screws. It is a little confusing but the sell has the right description you just have to know the details before you make a purchase. NO FAULT OF THE SELLER. I don't have a dog in this race but I like to see people treated fairly. The advertising is spot on if you read it all. 5 STAR.

Does not come with 6-48 screws needed for my rifle set up.
Only came with 8-40 screws when my Bergara b14 HMR needed the 6-48 set of screws. Wish that the item had more of description of what came with product. This gets a low product review because of this. Now I’m stuck waiting and searching web for the correct size screws.

Great item, it's comes with #8 screws
Bought this for the Bergara hmr in .308, supposed to fit same parts as Remington 700. Everything lines up perfect, screws fit the rail nice and snug with perfect length coming through. Only problem was they were #8 screws and I needed #6. Maybe they can add this in description...

DO NOT have order fulfilled by Hunting_Stuff
I ordered this and it was fulfilled by Hunting_Stuff. The order arrived in a timely fashion. It was advertised as a Talley rail for the Bergara B-14 with 8-40 screws. It arrived fully sealed in a clear plastic clamshell package with Talley markings and a sticker which indicated it was the proper rail for my rifle. Upon opening, I noticed it had “Leupold” screen printed on the side. I assumed it was maybe a promotional run on the rail, but it did not bother me because I was going to have it cerakoted to match the barrel color.After it was cerakoted, I attempted to install the rail, only to find the screws were the wrong size.I contacted Talley to see if they could help, and after some research by the Talley representative in which he tried to match up numbers embossed on the rail, it was found to be a Leupold rail which was packaged in Talley packaging.DO NOT order these rails from Hunting_Stuff, apparently they are brand scamming. You will not get what you think you are getting.

Decent quality, however unable to say much else as it’s NOT compatible with a Bergara B-14, which is what I bought it for....
