Love this unique brush. Made from quality, solid material, the angled edges can get right against the root of your hair to give it more body and lift (whereas traditional round brushes can't reach that area). My typically thin and straight hair gets a major boost when I blow dry with this brush.

What! I'm shocked! I have been dealing with really dry frizzy hair this winter. I'm 55 and my hair is definitely aging. I just received this brush and couldn't wait to try it the same day. I did not even wet my hair. Just used the brush and hairdryer on already dried hair from the day of errands. Whoa, I'm just shocked how smooth my hair is and how manageable and soft. It does have an open area that I assume I'm supposed to hold the hairdryer at. So that's what I did and it worked perfectly. Some people say it feels heavy. It is a little large and heavier than the olivia garden I'm used to. But I had no trouble this short time I tried it so far.

Pros: control air flow using the vent closure. Goes through hair easily and does help with smoothing. Cons: a bit heavy and awkward to hold. The handle is too small for the size/weight of the brush head. Handle also offers no grip, very smooth plastic really need to bigger and have some sort of material to hold it more comfortably. Overall I like the brush for personal use, I'm not a stylist.

Love this brush! I've never been able to get the smooth look like I get from my stylist - until now. You can dry good sized sections with this because the barrel is long enough and it's smooth and straight every time. I did see a few reviews that mentioned the weight of the brush and while I do find my wrist gets tired after a little bit, it's easing over time so it must just be the way it's being held. You can easily open and close the vent but I've not had a reason to close it so that's about all I can tell you there. The bristles aren't melting or shrinking like I've experienced with other brushes, this one can handle the heat better than any I've used. Highly recommend and plan on trying other products of this brand because of this brush!

Clients love love love this brush. Perfect for blowout and massages. The scalp at the same time. It is wonderful. The bristles are not hard and stiff and ladies of 80 and 90 years old absolutely love the feel of it.

I have a large round Wet brush that I love - but since getting my hair cut shorter, it's really too big for drying my hair. Found this one, figuring that a slightly smaller size and the shape would make it just what I wanted. Not so, at all. First, it is heavy. Very heavy. The handle is much heavier than the brush portion, which makes it very awkward to use. Second, the design is not conducive to spinning your brush as you dry. I normally spin (twirl) my round brush as I dry to create volume, but with this one it's nearly impossible. If you do not grip your hair with the exact right spot, you end up spinning and getting the flat (open) side up, which does not create volume at all. Very disappointed. I've used it twice and thrown away the box, so I guess it will sit in some bathroom drawer until someone in my family with longer hair wants to give it a try. Heavy. Not for shorter hair. Awkward Design. Three strikes? It's OUT.
