Ok, where do I start with this product? They carry as 12 month warranty. So the 2 that we broke accidentally were replaced with pleasure. This is an outstanding company that makes beautiful glasses, and stands behind them. I am confident that there isn't another seller on Amazon who stands by their products like JoyJolt. Looking forward to buying more!

These are beautiful. They do have a small mouth. They work well but if you want a wide mouth they're not for you. They are beautiful. They are stronger than they look. I love how the company name is engraved in the bottom of every glass. It makes them look very expensive.. I put them in the dishwasher so they're very easy to clean. I haven't had one break. I would buy them again and definitely recommend them.

These glasses are a sturdy, inexpensive version of the Tour glasses from Crate & Barrel, which are made by Schott Zwiesel (Tritan style) and sold in other places as well, such as Pier One and Pottery Barn. I have been using the Crate and Barrel glasses for 7 years, but they are very delicate, get scrapes in the dishwasher, and crack all the time. I am constantly replacing them. This time I looked around for a similar style instead of replacements, and stumbled upon these! They look pretty much identical, but these feel a little different. The glass is a little thicker, though you don't notice it at first glance. I have to double check which kind I'm using by looking at the bottom for a water mark. I suppose that these are not as high quality, but I am confident that they will last a lot longer!

These cups are awesome. They're elegant yet durable, lightweight but not thin, fit in my small palm nicely and just are straight up nice to look at!! I knew when I ordered these cups, at an awesome price by the way, that they were going to be very good quality. I had purchased almost the same cups from another brand and compared the two... this one's base is thicker and the top rim is thicker, so we don't feel scared putting it in the dishwasher. The other brand we do wash by hand, ugh, lol. I'll probably order more as backups in case one ever breaks! Highly recommend!

They chip easily as two of four glasses are chipped. One broke in the sink when I was hand washing it. It leaned to it's side and broke which was unexpected. These are crystal clear glasses with a tapered design, which you'd need to be mindful of if your hands are wet. it's generally easy to use and drink from.

I have been searching for an 18 oz highball glass for over a year. I needed affordability, design, and quality. The Gwen glass checked all the boxes! The glass is thin (without feeling delicate). Overall, these glasses are perfect for a cocktail or a crisp ice water in the summer.

The glasses arent as thick as i thought they would be. They have a nice weight at the bottom to keep them from tipping but ive also broken one putting it into the sink. THey run through the dishwaswer fine but are a little hard to clean manually. They look nice though and if it wasnt for the easy breakage id say they are stable. They are clear and didn't have any sort of smell or taste. I still use these daily.

Super nice glasses. They are elegant but good for everyday use. For those crafters out there, they etch very nicely! I would definitely purchase again!
