I collect folding knives and love a unique invention. It doesn't pop open completely when I use the flipper, but a slight wrist flick fixes that right away. This would make a great gift for anyone who loves a good folder. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great Knife! High Priced for a Reason!!! *by M***G on Reviewed in the United States on January 29, 2016* The Klecker Slice was the first knife I purchased that was more than one hundred dollars. even though this knife only has a 12c27n blade, it comes sharper than my Kershaw shallot, which has a superior 14c28n blade steel. This knife's pivot is fairly loose, which makes the opening of the knife buttery smooth, and it does not have any sort of assistive opening mechanism. Be careful when you close and open the blade because the combination of the loose pivot and the sharp blade is a finger killer. When you open the Slice, it does require a slight flick of the wrist, which takes a little getting used to, but in the end it makes it feel better to open. The Slice sports the patented Klecker Lock, which I was pleasantly surprised to see is just as reliable, in my opinion as any other lock. The only complaint I might have is that my specific knife scales (handles) have a slight difference in their color. The Slice is actually the real version of Klecker's trigger knife kits. All in all, this is great knife, and that hefty price tag is high for a reason.
