Great product
I'm very happy with this purchase. I have a very strong 60+ lb dog. Sometimes its difficult to walk him because he pulls too much. We like to camp & I bought this for that reason. We've tried it out in our backyard & its great. The swivel helps to keep things from tangling. He has a lot of freedom to roam around but he definitely cannot pull this anchor out of the ground. It was very easy to install in the grass & so sturdy. I think this is great & a nice price for it too.

Colorado camping
I have a pretty laid back dog, but there is a leash rule when camping. My dog is over 100lbs and this thing is STURDY! I hammered it in the ground just as instructed and I couldn’t pull it o it!! So I knew my dog couldn’t either. It rained and even through the ground was wet it didn’t give! I had to use the rench inside the bag to get it. Well worth the money! Fast delivery too

Does what it says
It asked to rate stretch. It is solid metal so not sure what that is about.I bought this as we inherited a stray huskie mix that someone dumped in the area. We are housing him until our dog rescue friends can find him a permanent home (I already have three dogs and no fence, but mine are trained). He likes to roam as Huskies do but would come back within 10 or 15 minutes. That's not a huge problem if we didn't live about half a mile off of a 55 mph road in one direction and a 70 mph interstate in the other direction. I just didn't want this pretty dog to get plastered by a vehicle. So we got a 50ft rubber-coated, wire dog lead. I was hesitant when my wife brought this to my attention. The dog is 100lbs and I wasn't sure how just a few inches into the ground with a bunch of screws closely clustered would do anything other than creating a divet when the dog pulled it out of the ground.Well, call me sold. I put this thing in and it is solid as can be. The dog tested it once and then decided it wasn't worth pulling on. Before I hooked him up, I pulled on the cable as hard as I could from all directions including above. This thing is as permanent as it needs to be. He is only on this for a few minutes at a time when we go outside, but it exceeded my expectations. Once he is adopted I will remove it and hold onto it. Not sure when I will need it again, but it is so great I don't want to give it away.

An anchor that is great for bigger, stronger, active dogs
This anchor is great for bigger, stronger dogs, my dog is very active and loves to try to pull away from her leash, this keeps her put, the swivel ball prevents her from getting tangled up, it’s extremely durable and stays put in the ground

Good Quality and Strong
Good quality and strong. Flexible for dogs, no tangles. Dogs have 360 degree movement allowed. Use with a carabiner to easily clip your dogs on and off of the ring. I have only used it in the ground. Easily blends into the grass for a permanent tie-down, but also may be removed as needed. Hint: if you plan to remove it from the ground, make sure not to pound the stakes into the ground all the way, you will need to leave a tiny bit of room to pry-up the stakes to remove and reuse again. You will need a hammer to push those stakes into the ground. When used in the ground, I believe the ground should be rather hard to keep the stake from pulling out. Dogs love it!

A naughty pups safety net
This little gadget gave my naughty dog a new way to get some outside time. My dog digs under our fence and runs out, but with this, we can latch him and let him have some time to enjoy being outside safely. It's easy to install (I didn't even have to ask for assistance), and it's light weight but sturdy enough to hold my powerful and solid pup! We also took it with us this past weekend when we went camping, and it worked like a charm!

Easy to install, sturdy for a 50 lb dog
Originally, I had plans to install in our cement drive way. While the directions to do that were not as clear, we ultimately installed in our grass. It has worked great. Our 50 lb dog knows that he can pull it out, it is secure and nicely tucked away. Happy with this purchase.

Measure ring diameter before buying a leash
Very sturdy and super easy to install. My only negative is the ring to attach the leash was so big was unable to use it and had to pay more attention if the hook with the leash would fit onto the ring

does the job
I bought one as my sister had a different design and the dogs just pulled it out of the ground when playing. This one works! I ended up buying another one for my sister. Very happy with purchase.
