Love this rug. Over 2 years later and still looks new. Use it indoors due to wheelchair use. Stains life easily! Not the softest on feet, but perfect for high traffic use.kae sure to get a rug pad .

When I tell guests that this rug is indoor/outdoor they always have to touch it..they are amazed that it feels like carpet. Very pleased with purchase. Will be buying another one for visiting kid's bedroom.

This rug is beautiful however there are a few drawbacks. As you can see in the second photo there are missed stitches which are quite obvious. You can't really snip these with a small pair of scissors because all the adjacent threads will most likely unravel over time. I tried to position the worst areas under furniture but the entire rug has these little imperfections. The second drawback is the odor, I left the rug unrolled on my covered Lanai for 5 days before I brought it in the house. That did not seem to help because here I am 2 months later and the odor is still very strong. It smells like a burnt plastic. I bought a very large air purifier which manages the odor to a degree but not fully. Not certain what to do because I love the rug and I had searched for a long time to find just the right color. So I'm just going to try to wait it out on the odor and live with the mistitched imperfections. I would like to add, this is through no fault of the seller, it is obviously a manufacturing issue because I also have smaller versions of this same rug, purchased elsewhere, that had the same problems, just to a much lesser degree. So there's no point in my returning this rug hoping that the next one would be any better. But other than that it is beautiful I love the texture the design adds some much needed texture in my living room I also like that this is a thin rug. Most people like thick plush rugs I'm the opposite I find this much easier to walk on than a plush rug. Bottom line, expect imperfections if you can live with them, I am choosing to do so.

Rug arrived late from the date projected at checkout. It actually shipped on the date it was supposed to be delivered. Rug arrived sealed In plastic with Disposable ‘cloth-ish’ shower cap ends to help protect the item in transit. That was a great plus! No horrid odor once unrolled and needed minimal time to let the roll relax to lay mostly flat. Color isn’t a true cream, but a heathered blend of cream, beige and brown to somewhat mock a distant cream. Rug came with a few flaws. Some looping not complete and a rogue black loop on one of the corners. This is an “AtHome” Discount store like quality and not like a $800+ “Restoration Hardware” quality Item. You’re getting what you pay for. Rug is thin and you’ll probably want at least 1/4” pad for underneath if using indoors on tile or hardwood. There’s no slip protection on it as it’s an indoor/outdoor rug. The flatter part of the pattern is woven and not just shorter loops, this was a bummer to me. I put the rug under our expanded table that comfortably seats 8 adults. I liked the outdoor aspect of it for durability and cleaning, especially under a family table. Getting a 9x12 rug for $242 Shipped is a good price.

I bought the 7*10" round rug. It looks just like what is pictured, beautiful rug. However when laid out there are ripples around the perimeter which do not lay flat. Anyone know how to flatten the rug or have this problem. I am using the rug indoors on a tile floor so it DOES NEED a rug matt as not to slide. If it does flatten out how long does it take? I laid it in the Florida sun for several hours but still have those ripples. Do I send it back or what, HELP!!!!

Typically I do not write reviews but ... I had to give a raving review about this one. I truly did not want to replace my previous beautiful outdoor carpet; I shopped around to many stores as well as online and kept coming back to this one. It may be because it was similar to my previous outdoor carpet however I was skeptical because I could not see it in person and or touch it.When I received it I was heavily surprised at how quickly I received it, let alone the fact of it's just as beautiful as the carpet I replaced it for, I love the design, the softness, the size and quality is truly equal to the my previous carpet of 8 yrs. I'm now sorry It took an extra year to replace it.

Great purchase true to photo, just wish it was more slip resistant

Il était destiné pour mon salon, mais la couleur ne rendais pas comme j'espérais, alors pour ne pas le retourné j'ai testé dans ma salle à manger et c'est pas si mal. Je pense le garder finalement. La grandeur est bien et il n'est pas arrivé froissé. Il est de qualité et rebuste. Adhère bien au sol. Bref un bon produit pour le prix.
