Great way to trial before investing in full sizes. The cleanser is really gentle while not too drying, and the moisturizer is my favorite. Not too heavy but I feel moisturized longer. The spray I wasn’t sure about, but I’ve kept it in my bag for a refresh & it works to calm my skin down during long work days.

Works! My skin was in need of something to help it retain moisture and cut the redness/irritation. Within a week my skin started feeling/looking better.

I wanted to try this brand and line as I have sensitive skin. I loved that there is a trial sized option so you can try a few products without paying for full price just incase they don’t work for you. What I will say is that the gel moisturizer compared to the cleansing gel and spray is a little disappointing. You get decent sizes for those and the moisturizer size and density doesn’t compare unfortunately. Otherwise the products over all have not been irritating and help calm.

My skin loves dermalogica, but this trial pack of products was terrible. I have some redness to my skin, so I figured I’d give this a shot. I’m constantly impressed by the products I try, I figured they didn’t make bad products, so I ordered the Ultracalming set. I want to return it but the box is ruined and I’ve opened the products. I’m upset I wasted 40$ on it. The cleanser: First of all, the bottle is rock hard. I’m a 32 yo woman and couldn’t squeeze it to get it out. I had to take the top off and pour it in my hand. When I did get it onto my hand, I realize it won’t lather, like at all. It’s got a consistency of petroleum jelly mixed with water. I could use this wash on my baby.. that’s not a good thing. That’s not what I want wrote my facial products. I’ve tried to use it three times now, two of those times I used the “special cleansing gel (not included in this pack), because my skin didn’t feel clean at all. I have no clue who they’re marketing this to because there’s no way the elderly can get this out of the bottle to use it. Too gentle for young people. Seriously, if you want to try this, just get a very small amount of Vaseline and try to emulsify it with water. TADA! You have this cleanser. 1/5 stars. The ultra calm spray: Literally doesn’t do anything. Doesn’t tone down redness or minimize pores. The skin tone doesn’t become more even and doesn’t feel moisturizing at all. Also 1/5 stars. The ultra calm water gel: Also another disappointment. I just get no hydration from this product. My skin doesn’t look healthy like when I use the Active Moist or Smoothing moisturizer. I feel like there are zero benefits to this product. Do yourself a favor and skip this set. Super disappointed in dermalogica for these products because I’m an avid buyer who always talks them up. Would really like a REFUND!

I don’t usually write reviews: but if you suffer from face rash (like redness, itchy, a bit burn sensation, peeling, flaking) or perioral dermatitis. This is what you need to calm the symptoms down. The face wash is great, doesn’t irritate ( I only use this when the symptoms were at it’s worst) the spray and cream calm the skin even more. Saved me from two terrible, upsetting skin issues (I was crying when I had the perioral dermatitis issue during September). Is a bit expensive- but if you tried everything and nothing worked: this brand is crafted from excellent dermatologist. Try this, no ads here obviously- I did also use all natural petroleum free jelly/Vaseline and the uriage cream with copper- zinc. And a humidifier. Good luck.

Love dermalogica. I have very sensitive skin and by using the ultracalming line my skin looks amazing.
