Actually worked!
This actually worked! I tried every tip from the Internet to remove some hard water marks around the kitchen faucet: baking soda, rubbing alcohol, vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, and even the forbidden magic eraser... None worked, at all. I honestly don't understand why hard water marks are so difficult to remove from granite, especially as they were only formed during the course of a month. Then I saw this product, it was expensive, but I was running out of ideas, so out of desperation, I bought a bottle. I only did hand buffing using a microfiber cloth, and I did not apply much pressure, as I was worried about damaging the granite. To much of my surprise, it took out the marks! I do not see any noticeable damage to the granite, there might be some micro scratches, but I couldn't really tell. Either way, the countertop looks much better now without the water marks :)

Takes a few applications for moderate deposits
This product takes a few applications for moderate hard water deposits on stone. It did remove the hard water deposits but I applied and scrubbed three times. I also did not want to scrub too hard the first time I used it because I didn't want to risk damaging the stone. It works but it takes effort. Also tears up your hands. Wear gloves and be gentle with the surfaces you apply it to until you know that it will be safe. I use this on black composite stone on a small area around the faucet on a countertop.

Works well with a little elbow grease!
I was desperate to find something to clean my black Blanco sink. There was a white film on it that wouldn’t come off no matter what I tried. The Stone Pro cleaner worked, albeit I had to use a lot of elbow grease with a scratchy pad and multiple applications. I also used it to remove hard water deposits from my granite countertop. (It worked much easier on those.) I highly recommend this product. Just remember that you’ll have to scrub quite a bit.

Job well done
I’ve been trying to find a product to clean my polished quartz windowsill to remove water and soap scum stains, but nothing worked. Came across this product. Thought I’d give it a try, expensive but well worth it did the job. Had to do it three times to remove everything but the end it looks brand new again. Will definitely re-purchase to keep on hand and to keep the windowsill clean.

Does not work for hard water!!
I watched a video put out by this company and I was impressed enough to pay an absurd amount for what smells like Gojo, the orange hand cleaner that mechanics use for grease stains. I wouldn’t doubt it being the same product in a different bottle. You will think it’s doing an incredible job at first, however once it dries good after wiped up it gets cloudy and white again. I guess I should have known better to trust the video they put out before paying almost $60 for this and the other spray cleaner they make to use after this is applied. I spent at least an hour and a half scrubbing around my faucet and I used it exactly as they said to by following up with the other cleaner they have. My advice is to not get granite countertops if you have hard water or at least don’t get darker colored ones. The price alone is ridiculous but I have tried several stone cleaners and all of them have had the same results except I didn’t pay nearly as much for the rest of them as I did this one. This company has more than likely used a cheap product like gojo and put it in a shiny new bottle to gain loads of money from gullible consumers like myself!! Don’t waste your time or money!

Works but need to test
This item works well. However the instructions make sound like you only need to do it once. I found out that it takes more than once but this also depends on how bad the stain is on your granite. I had deposits build up for about 10yrs even though i had software.I would suggest the following :1) start with warm water mixed w dish soap to clean and wash the area before you start. Wipe dry.2) apply a nice amount of this material in the trouble area3) rub in circular motion till the white liquid becomes a hazy glaze on the surface4) let the product sit for about 3-5min. This now should look dry5) rub with a new cloth (non-abrasive) in circular motion or you can use a circular polish head.6) keep flipping the cloth till all the material is gone.7) check to make sure that the spot has been removed.8) if you still see stain apply again but this time w less material but the same procedure as before. Continue this process till all stain mark is removed. It took me about 4 tries before my 10yr old stain was removed. Yes i could have called a pro but wanted to save money.
