Works fine, good for you the price. Only one volume ringer setting, which is wake up the neighborhood with one ring loud.

The call quality on this phone is very good. It looks just like the picture. It’s a phone, so not hard to understand how to use it.The only problem I had was not being able to adjust the ringer volume or the speaker volume. I bought this for a small business and I could not get the speaker loud enough to hear the customers and when the phone rang it was so loud I about jumped out of my skin.I ended up getting a new phone. I may see if anyone needs a loud ringing phone.For the price, I can’t complain.

Of course I should have known that at this price I was not getting a great product, but this one is so cheap that I am advising you not to buy it. Very light-weight; base sticks to receiver when you try to lift the receiver from the base; poor sound quality; AWFUL ring-tone that can't be lowered or turned off.

Who'd of thought I'd need a Plain Old Telephone to troubleshoot the office Fax Line.not me.

It works, but it feels and sounds like a piece of garbage. The phone sound was an awful sound and one not easily turned off unless you grabbed it quickly. Do not buy this phone....other choices.

I used this as a prop for my photoshoot and it was perfect! I haven’t actually tried using for its intended purpose though..
