Dream Plastics Scope Cover for HoloSun 510c Made in The USA!

This scope cover works very well. It fits well over the HoloSun 510c. The cover stays in place well and will not accidentally fall off. The cover will even stay in place on the optic if the weapon is vigorously shaken while inverted. Despite the snug fit on the optic, the cover is also very easy to remove and does not snag. The cover seems to be well built. The material appears to be of a high quality and the thickness is substantial. However, at this point I cannot comment on the durability. I don't know if the "pull tab" would tear after repeated use or speed drill training. I also do not know how well the material will withstand abrasion. It should also be mentioned that this cover will not protect the optic from impact. I anticipate that most people will understand this, but someone might think the cover material is shock absorbing. It is designed to protect the optic from dust/debris, moisture, and things of that nature. It will also protect the lenses from fingerprints and minor scratches. No cover of this type is designed to absorb impact.

Perfect cover. Quality fit and material. Covers everything I want it to. Will not shake off, stays in place, but comes off easily when you want to take it off. I will purchase more if I get more of the same optic.

OK, this is well made and definitely worth the price. The fit is just right - not too snug and no too loose. Quality of the material seems top notch. I say 'seems' because my initial impression is good, but longevity can only be measured with time. This is not a rigid cover, it is a rubbery-type material that is very flexible and easy to remove. So, why should you buy one? The Holosun HS510C series uses an exposed LED to project the red dot on the glass. If you allow dirt and debris to accumulate in the projection area the LED may become occluded which means no visible red dot or one that is degraded. For a home defense situation a non-functioning red dot due to debris is bad and this will mitigate that issue. For outdoors the purpose is the same - to keep dirt and dust out as well as rain. If you need a cover for your 510 you should buy this, you will not be disappointed.

I ordered this scope cover for my new Holosun 510C. I wanted something that would resist minor scrapes or dings and keep the dust off the optics. The product fits snugly and the tab on the front face makes removal simple. There may be cheaper options, but I like that Dream Plastics is an American small business. This is the first product I have purchased from them, but I will be saving them in my go-to list for future purchases in this category.

These Dream Plastic scope covers are great. I have one for all my red dot sights. RMR SRO Holosun 510c and EPS Carry. Fit and function are perfect. It keeps dust and dirt off my lens so I don’t have to clean them. Also keeps the solvent off when I clean my firearms. The price is very reasonable also.

Fits Perfect on my HoloSun HE510C, Luv the fact it Rubber, and Not a solid plastic cover. Think I will buy one for my HS407C, even though it States 507c, should fit Perfect like this one.

I searched for quite a bit before I finally found this. Eos and Trijis' have plenty out there for covers and protection skins, but my Holosun 510 had nothing, or so I thought, until this came up in what was about my 7th or 8th search. This cover is way more protection than I expected. What I received was a perfectly formed cover, made of what feels to be rubber, extremely thick at about an 1/8th of an inch(guesstimated), but is pliable enough to be manipulated on and off your weapon sight. A prior reviewer stated that his was fitting loosely on his sight... that is NOT the case for mine thankfully. I could not be more pleased with this level of protection for my $300 investment! Some people will buy multiple variations of an item before they found the "right one", I found mine on the first try..... I am happy this was the case. I was just looking for something to protect my optic from dirt and dust when my rifle is stored or idle, and I feel I got a bit more than that.... so yeah, it's a great purchase! A side note for anyone who may be bothered by this: the packaging itself was fine, and the product descriptive literature on the packaging was accurate and descriptive, BUT, the actual cover itself has raised lettering (barely raised) which thankfully is not colored, and the lettering states: “HOLOSON 510,” YES, they misspelled the company name "Holosun" on the actual product itself, but I almost didn't even notice until I was putting the rifle back into my safe! For me, I could care less, but it might be bothersome to others so I wanted to just put this out there.... maybe it was just a small batch of these before the company caught the error, or do they ALL come with the misspelled lettering? It does the job, and a little more for me, so I can live with it. Protect your investments guys!
