I started taking this one week ago, and have been so excited by what I've been seeing that--for once--I've actually been taking it regularly. I have a bad habit of thinking, "Ok, this time I'm actually going to use this vitamin/supplement" and then forgetting about it within days. Not so with this! I've taken similar things in the past, but they never gave me what I feel this does--almost immediate results you can see and feel. A friend of mine told me about these, and I skimmed through the other fish collagen products here on Amazon. I didn't want to take a powder because that seemed like a big production, so I got these instead. I took 2 the first night and the next morning, I could notice little changes already. Mind you--nothing huge, but enough that I noticed. Now I'm doing 2 in the morning, 2 at bedtime, and I continue to see great results. The little marks at the corners of my lips look to me like they've been popped out by a dent remover. The deeper lines in my forehead are still there, but more faint (of course, they're really deep--stress much?--and it's only been a week). Best of all, the crease in my neck (making me feel like I look like I was decapitated and then had my head put back on) has REALLY lessened, to the point that I keep running to the powder room to see if it still looks that way. In addition, even though I'm in the desert and it's getting colder and drier, my skin doesn't feel tight--it feels soft and plump. One thing to know is that I'm also running to the powder room a lot because this does make you powerfully thirsty. That's good for me, because I tend not to drink enough water anyway, and now I'm craving it all the time. I suppose that also helps with keeping skin nice. All-in-all, I am (really this time!) going to continue taking these as directed. There seem to be no drawbacks, and lots of pluses with them, and I'll try to remember to report back after a month so you'll know about any progress with those pesky forehead lines... 12/7/11 UPDATE: Yes, I am still taking these pretty regularly. I missed a few in the middle of last month while on vacation, BUT--when I saw my mother at the airport, the very first words out of her mouth were, "You look so young!" Keep in mind my blessed mother is and has always been the type of mother who thinks it's important to praise one's daughter for her mind and accomplishments and not to mention her appearance. So this is a huge thing. After a month, I'm still seeing great things from this product--the changes are more gradual and less dramatic than the first week, but they're still there. Everything we wanted to fade away is still fading away. I definately notice if I don't take these--my morning face just doesn't have the same dynamic 'pop' that it does when I take 2 twice a day. Additionally, the creaky-squashy sound my knees make sometimes (no pain or anything, knock on wood) has also gone away. Funny, I didn't ever really notice that until it was gone! I cannot tell you how fantastic this product is. I couldn't be happier with it!

I love this product because it makes such a difference in my hair and skin. It makes my old skin firmer and glowy and my hair thicker and more manageable. I react to bovine collagen and was happy to find out that I don't react to fish collagen. Happy happy. The reason I knocked one star off is because of the huge price increase. I ordered a bottle in November 2024 and it was $13.85 a bottle. The order I just submitted was nearly 55% more. 55% increase in two months is ridiculous! Why? Are the fish resisting and more difficult to catch? Are there "supply chain issues"? There isn't even a price cut on subscribe and save. I think manufacturers need to rethink these price increases that will lose them customers

I never believed in the hype of collagen because I'm still young and I should have lots of energy along with the natural ability of renewed energy but my job has taken a toll on my body and my the joints around my hands have been suffering. I had to go to the doctors for some pain in my wrist only to be told that it was tendinitis and I just had to lay off the strain I was putting on my wrists and do some hand exercises. Yeah, I thought "wtf is that supposed to mean??" so a friend of mine told me that her husband had sort of carpal tunnel on his shoulder and she gave him some collagen to help with that and suggested I try the same since my symptoms started because of repetitive movements. It's not like I could quit my job or anything to follow doctor's orders. Now I'm on my third bottle of this stuff because it actually works. I only need a pill a day and my joints feel perfectly fine. If I happen to eat something that has collagen naturally then I won't take it but it's not too often that I can skip it. I completely forgot I was running out and ordered another bottle too late to have it before I ran out and I felt my wrists weakening for the few days I went without it. Another thing I do remember happening is how my nails started growing faster. They still break easily but within a week they're back to being really long. I'm not sure if it did anything to my hair because I have been doing something else to get back the curl pattern that I used to have before I started frying my hair with heat for a while. Any reduction of frizz or hair strength can't be completely connected to my taking these collagen supplements. tldr: these helped my tendinitis and made my nails grow faster.

Am writing this review because I must say it only been a week and all ready my skin is glowing looking fantastic, if u thinking about buying buy it it's working for me.

I cant say one way or the other if this collagen works or not, but the recommended dosage is covered up which is so stupid! No matter how you turn the bottle you cant read the dosage recommendations! These are 2 different bottles too!

it seems like authentic. I can see the result in few weeks. Skin looks brighter.
