The soap is gentle and cleans well. It smells nice. The only problem I have is all the bottles I’ve received have had their tops crushed inwards. This makes it difficult to refill my soap dispensers and when the bottles are nearly empty it’s impossible to get the last several ounces out of the bottle because of the crushed top. I think this is an item that’s better picked up at a store. I’ve canceled my auto ship order and will not be buying it again because of the condition every bottle has arrived in.
