This is a message for anyone who has a problem with charging a battery that wont charge;after being charged only twice.. buy another battery for spare… trim some spare wire at either end (red & blue) and place the blue wire into the neutral section of the battery and the red wire into the live section and do the same with the other end of the wires into your dead battery… this will then boost some power into the battery and reset it; for when you charge it up,as the battery and the charger send signals for charging…dont let your batteries get cold.. if they do and wont charge.. just repeat the process.. I tested my battery with a multimeter;which showed some power in the battery,but not enough to send a signal to the charger!…

Battery malfunction
I bought the battery to replace my existing purchase of 3 years ago because one of the 2 batteries malfunctions This is disappointing because my previous drill purchase before the Galax pro are still functioning perfectly even though the Galax pro was purchased to replace that drill
