It looks like there’s contact between it and the back of the trem.** A: The D-tuna does not scratch your trem and should be used with a trem that divebombs only! It's not for floating trem unless you want route the guitar trem cavity! Hope this helps... I have them on my EVH Wolfgang's and the trem just divebomb, if you set it to float when you pulled up it would hit the body! **Q: Can it be installed on late 80s RG types?** A: Probably not. I had it installed on 2 different Ibanez guitars with the Original Edge tremolo in a recessed route and it works fine. Great product! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kinda finicky *by G***M on November 22, 2024* An awesome thing to have on a floating trem for easy drop tuning, but it's not perfect. Every time you go from one to the other, you'll have to fine tune a little more than likely. That being said, for just jamming it's awesome.
