issue with both parts - delivery was very good. I would like to receive my money back on this item.

This sux when it's 2 degrees outside.
After I installed this pump, I discovered that the control panel was not functioning. Was very disappointed. I purchased so that I would have it in case I needed to replace existing pump, and turns out the new one wasn't functioning. I hope I don't get the same results if I choose to purchase another thru Amazon!
