Some RX vehicles have a speaker in the dash right above the radio in the center, we have the cover with and without speaker holes depending on whether or not yours has it. Please note all RX vehicles have an airbag on the passenger side and that is why all of our covers have the large opening on the passenger side where the dash will remain uncovered.
