PILLOW TALK LIPSTICK PILLOW TALK MEDIUM (Warm berry-pink Matte Revolution lipstick)

I discovered this lipstick when I received a small sample of it in a monthly makeup subscription. Although the price tag seems fairly high for a lipstick I can honestly say it’s justified! I do pride myself on finding cheaper alternatives for expensive makeup brands, but this lipstick really cannot be bettered, or even matched. The velvet matte feels so nice on the lips and doesn’t dry them out like other lipsticks do, the colour seems to be simply beautiful on all skin tones, the gold container makes the lipstick look sleek and shows it’s expensive. The small sample I had lasted so long, so I would imagine this full size lipstick will last for a very long time! The only con I can really think of is that it’s not a long lasting lipstick so you do need to reapply after eating and drinking, but it’s not designed as a long stay product so it’s just like any other lipstick in that respect really.

My go to lipstick! I love the shade and find the quality to be really good and although on the expensive side, each one usually lasts me a few months wearing it every day.

Lovely lipstick, has great coverage and lasting effects but very expensive; hence the four stars instead of five.

Amazing stays on all day,

When I opened this lipstick it looked rather brown, but on the lips it is pinky brown and looks great, absolutely natural but giving my face a lift. No shine, which is good for me as I am in my sixties. I wish I'd known about it before now. I shall definitely be buying again.

I bought this as my usual lipstick, Beauty Without Cruelty Bear All, isn't currently available. At nearly x 3 the price, I am disappointed, mainly because it isn't as moisturising. I was also hoping the colour would be a paler, taupe toned pink but this is a brighter red, almost a coral red (I am very pale) but the colour is OK for me without being a bright red.
