Very tasty with sauer kraut and Koops mustard
I'm only half German on my dad's side, spent some months in Germany as well and this sausage brings back memories of a small food stand just outside of the bullet train station market place in Coln (Cologne) Germany. It was actually my Asian room-mate who studied to learn the German language who got me interested in the native sausage. Very happy with the flavor and such a long shelf life. Very good for the price! Makes me want to listen to some Lawrence Welk Oompah music as I eat! January is the new Oktober Feast month in New England, gotta love it!

ordered two jars. the seal on the lid on one was broken. waited too long to return, that's on me but i am disappointed with the product
