Cheap alternative to others
Exactly what I'd been using but half the cost. I use my in weekly medicine box, and have noticed the tablets go quite soft by the end of the week in the medicine box. This is probably why they are cheaper (but still does the job... I think 🤔)

Worked for my Dry Eyes
I purchased this product after reading that omega 3 helps with dry eyes. I’m 53 and for the last six months have been suffering with very dry eyes especially during the night. They were very painful and I had tried eye drops from the optician but nothing gave me lasting relief. I have been taking three soft gels a day as recommended for nearly a month. For the first couple of weeks I didn’t notice a change but by the third week my eyes started to feel much better. They now feel almost back to normal. I rarely need to use drops and all the dryness and pain has gone. I honestly thought I would be stuck with dry eyes forever thinking it was to do with the menopause or my age. I have also noticed my skin looks a lot brighter. I do eat fish but not nearly enough and these soft gels are a great way of ensuring I’ll get my daily omega 3 without worrying about what I’m eating. I would definitely recommend.
