Great bread for French toast and store and freeze, even for use in daily lunches.

Arrived in excellent condition because of great packaging. It came a long way. It was fresh and fluffy. It made great sandwiches, good toasted, and wonderful for French toast. It took a long time in shipping, but was well worth the wait, and price.

I can't find brioche in my area so I had to find a company who could ship. These loafs arrived well package , with no damage, and fresh. The flavor and texture is wonderful. Perfect for French toast or sandwiches! I'll purchase again and would recommend.

Best bread I have had in a long time. Toasts well, great for sandwiches whether egg. Or tuna salad. Great for any sandwiches, holds together. Freezes well. Will definitely buy again. Just watch for delivery as UPS does not ring bell.

This bread is wonderful

I purchased this bread because my local supermarket stopped selling the Euroclassic brioche I love. The Bakerly product tastes fine but is not as light and soft as the Euroclassic. Because it is so dense, it actually crumbles a little when toasted --even at the lowest level. It also says on the package that it should not be frozen since it was previously frozen. A six week or so shelf life is indicated on the package so that should not be a problem (although I wonder if it will get even harder as it nears its expiration date). I've successfully frozen the Euroclassic brioche even though that had been previously frozen as well. I'll keep searching for a substitute.
