Le chemin de Compostelle - Zoom Map 161: Map (Michelin Zoom Maps, 161)

This is great for planning the route and shows the distances, elevations and places of interest. I am still to do the walk but have been told this is the best map to help one sling the way.

This is a basic guide. Some people have said they prefer it to the Miam Miam Dodo because it is much lighter, which is true. This is because it says a lot less. Still, it has a convenient map and useful graphics, and I have both the Chemin and the Miam Miam. I suppose if you walk with two people, one can carry each. They both have their strengths.

Excellent publication, a must for anybody thinking of doing this walk. Concise with lots of very useful information especially the gradients.

Not sufficient to do the walk with, but surprisingly helpful when planning the walk

Easy to understand (also for english speaking person), low weight. Good maps of major towns along route. All you need for walking if you keep to the route. No history or background.

Great layout and information

Lightweight ( = good).Not many places to stay but that's not what this book is for. The maps are crystal clear.
