I have worn these insoles for over 30 years in my running shoes and many 10 hour days on construction sites ,walking or climbing ladders all day , when I buy a new pair of running shoes for walking I add a pair of these insoles

With these I can walk very long distances without problems - i can also walk very fast. I choose shoes with enough room to fit 2 in each.

Very hard, not compliant to shoe or foot

These inserts are a MUST HAVE for anyone who runs or jogs. These will really save your joints from impact stress. I have been using these since the 80's and have not problems with my joints as a result. Trivia: This compound was originally developed to help horses with split hooves, it reduced the impact stress so the hoof would heal. In a demo video I saw in the 80's, the inventor put a 1/2" thick piece of this material over his hand and invited people to hit his hand with a sludge hammer to demonstrate the extreme shock absorption qualities to the material. His hand was unharmed... that sold me!

I've been using Sorbothane insoles for many years. They aren't supportive like an orthotic, but they do absorb shock. And they're not too expensive.

Seems to work, but my left sock keeps developing holes with these soles.

Feels comfortable. Waiting for results after use over time
