Exactly what I needed!
I needed a way to roll my 24' extension ladder around as it almost too heavy for one person to move. This panel dolly was perfect for the job! It came in a sturdy cardboard box, shrink wrapped to hold all the pieces together in a nice easy to handle bundle. There was no assembly instructions included but it was easy to put together. Included are two eight inch airless rubber wheels, four washers (two for each wheel, one washer is placed on the axle before the wheel is installed and the other washer is placed on the axle after the wheel is installed), my kit had three R-clip pins to fasten each wheel to its axle so I have a spare, there are two heavy duty 14" x 1" square chrome plated steel tubes, and 4 thumb nuts used to fasten the 8 1/2" tall heavy duty steel sliders to the tubes. The thumb nuts make it easy to adjust the width of the dolly to match your load. The box says the panel dolly can accommodate loads upto 9" wide but I found I can actually go almot to ten inches. The box says the clamping plates are 15"x16" but mine are actually 8 1/2" tall by 16" wide. For moving doors and paneling, I like the 8 1/2" tall height. With loads, the panel dolly rolls very nicely. This tool will make a nice addition to my tools. If your looking for a well built, heavy duty panel dolly, you should try this one out. I am sure you'll like it as much as do.

Simple, fast and easy
This works great. I was able to move 12 board on board fence panels (6ft by 8ft) by myself with ease. Easy to assemble and adjust.

Saves Time and Effort
Purchased this to make it easier to move 6'x8' preassembled fence panels for our fencing project. Moved two on my own by hand and my back did not like me after. The wheels even rolled over muddy grass. I was able to fit three at a time on the adjustable clamp. Makes it way easier. Unit is heavier than expected and very sturdy.

Not bad, not great. Improves significantly with a little backyard engineering.
First understand what I’m using this for. I need to move sheet goods from the driveway out front to the back yard workshop, etc. While not a moon scape, the route does include tall grass and some uneven zones. This requires a decently sized wheel. That is why I purchased this product. The wheels could have been bigger, but they worked. The blue side plates are good, heavy construction.Problem #1: As noted in numerous other commentaries, the wheels can be problematic. Note the hub working itself out of the core in the second picture. This happens with any lateral load on the critter, which is almost impossible to avoid.Solution: Add enough washers (inside and outside) to keep the hubs seated without impeding rotation of the wheels.Problem #2: It is almost impossible to get the screws holding the cross bars tight enough to prevent sliding. If the sheet goods tilt even the slightest, they lever the sides apart sufficiently it becomes a challenge to steer and keep the sheets aligned with direction of travel.Solution: I would suggest the manufacturer supply rough textured cross bars. Give those set screws something to grab.Problem #3: If the wheels encounter something they have to climb over, a hole, whatever, the wheels might bog down. Then the panels slide through the device, and you are stuck. Or they’ll twist in such a way as to force the thing to spread out. Even if you have someone fore and aft somebody has to kick the thing to get it to move again.Solution: Here is where the shadetree mechanic shines. In the picture you will note a rope run under the bar and wrapped around the set screws. Make sure the rope is on both sides of the panel. I was moving two to three sheets at a time so to keep them fom flopping about I put C clamps on top at both ends. It also gave me a positive hold I could push and pull on.I took the rope up both sides of the sheets and tied it off to the front clamp. When pushed from behind or pulled from the front that rope stays taught and keeps the dolly moving when the sheets are moving. No sliding through the slot! The rope being on both sides of the sheets also means that the front is going to point where you turn it. No twisting in the fixture and a reduced tendency to fall sideways forcing the gap open. Even if you have two people managing the move, this simple element reduces the total effort required. No, it won’t work through mud. But it dealt with the hoses, foot path pavers, and small yard divots fine. I suggest the manufacturer clean up this idea and put it in the assembly instructions.I'll use this for years to come.

It works
A simple and effective way to move any kind of panel, plywood or sheetrock. I don't move more than 6 at a time, but I'm almost 70. I like that the base also opens wider for moving other objects like columns under 16 inches. It's a tetter - totter type apparatus. The sides do require you to lift whatever you're moving up & over the sides, but it's not terrible. A very sturdy tool.Pros: It does what it's supposed to. Moves plywood, sheetrock etc. ...with easeCons - I wish some kind of attachment was available for a rope or something to pull the trolley from under the load. (u can drill a hole and put a rope in urself)

Well built and strong
Company was great to work with. My wife and I had to haul 6' x 8' fence sections which were too heavy for her to help me. Bought this unit and set the fencing into it, and we both were able to roll it about 100' to place the fence panels where they needed to go. Ground wasn't the most level with holes and mounds, but we were able to roll it along and saved our backs. Very useful tool.

Definitely not rated for 600 lb — not even half that.
Definitely not rated for 600 lb — not even half that. I ordered two, and both broke under 300 lb of weight.

Makes lifting heavy things a breeze!
I needed to move two extremely heavy and cumbersome solid wood six foot long catering tables from the basement to my apartment. I used this dolly to move both tables at the same time and with very little effort. This dolly works great and I would advise anyone who needs to move big heavy cumbersome objects to buy a dolly like this!
