Nice and strong. They are a little difficult to use because when against skin they hurt a little. However, they make me sore and good replacement if you can’t go to the gym and lift weights. I would say it’s for mediocre and advanced athletes because it’s easy to get injured if you don’t know your form.

I should get these resistance bands since the quarantine. For the past week, I have been exercising at home and in the park, and these are of much better quality than the cheap ones I bought from eBay. From watch straps to handles and metal hooks/rings, everything is thicker and better structured. The weight specified on the wristband is also very good, no need to look back to the user manual to check the weight of the wristband. Where I live, the gym is still closed, and I am glad I have these things until the gym reopens.

If you're traveling and aren't sure if a hotel, relative or friend has a gym, this package is essential.It's super portable and you have a full body workout tool.I can't believe you bought this!Not only do you get resistance bands with handles and doorknobs, but you also get mini-bands to make your workout more varied.I'd like to replace my set with these.I can tell that this TV set is more durable, heavier and of better quality.A year later, my old ones had worn away, the colors had faded, and in some places, they had been stretched.

I bought these to supplement a similar set I previously bought that was a little more expensive. They looked similar in the pictures, but I regret trying to save a few bucks getting this cheaper version. The small clips on these are more difficult to use. More importantly, the bands have too little tension. On my other set, using a band labeled as 35lbs feels pretty close to lifting 35 lb weight. These bands are much easier to stretch. You can pair more of them together, but it takes 2-4 of these bands to get the same tension as one band in my other set.

The bands are pretty decent based on the price. They are a little thin even though they say they go up to 35 pounds. What I do like is that they give you two of the 35 pound bands and they are long so you can use them for multiple things. Just wish they were a little thicker

I like my bands comes in handy and very easy to use they are color coded to choose the tension wanted. Really appreciate the travel bag that makes them easy to store away.

It's a great product I use to for high volume workouts. Even conviced my friends to buy these band for how versatile they are. Just confused because the workout paper state the bands have a different resistance than what's advertised. Could someone help me understand or know a way I can test it.

Well, I was looking forward to using resistance bands. Mainly because of Covid-19. I go to use the 15pds during an exercise routine. I'm 6' even so I made sure that the band was evenly placed beneath my shoes. I lift to do an overhead with my arms extended above my head then - SNAP!!! One popped out of the grip holding the rubber band in the actual strap (no the hook) holding it in place. Needless to say, I can't repair it.Extremely disappointed. So much so, I haven't used them for fear of another one snapping again.
