I've had the original Miracle Balls for 15 years so when I ordered this version, I thought they might not work because they were smaller. I read the book and applied what I learned while using the Miracle Balls. It's not the size that matters, it is definitely the method. It definitely helps alleviate some of my low back strain. I carry a ball with me to place under my thigh for my sciatica, for long road trips and when I sit for long periods at work. Give them a try!

These have saved my life over and over again. Just lying on them for a few minutes sometimes does the trick, but I have learned to use them in strategic places all over my body, and it has saved me a fortune in chiropractors and massage. I highly recommend them!

I bought my wife a couple of knock offs that were half the price, but my wife said they are too firm. These ones are too much for what you get. My wife is on her third set. It comes with a book. It is our 3rd book. I wish you would sell them without the book, for less money.

I love these balls. I have found nothing that works better for my neck and back pain. This is the replacement set I ordered after giving my first set away to a friend in need of relief. I bring them on trips to offset what hotel beds do to my joints.

Love the way my body easily releases tension just by relaxing on the balls. I use them almost every day. Small guide book included has great practices and easy to follow. Highly recommend !

I found these Miracle Balls in the States years ago and have been using them whenever I have a bit of back or hip pain. Now, in the UK, I'd forgotten about this product and have been struggling with back pain for a number of months. When my pain-fogged brain FINALLY remembered Miracle Balls; I ordered, they arrived the next day and by that night (miraculous, seriously!) my pain was under control and nearly gone. I don't know why every doctor doesn't recommend these!! Elaine Petrone (the inventor of Miracle Balls) has really created the perfect, non-invasive, easy-to-do-at-home cure for back pain. (I've also used them for hip and knee pain - and in EVERY instance, they've worked!) I cannot recommend these highly enough. I lie on the floor and use them while watching televison - they're very relaxing to use. And still get the job done.

I have had problems with my shoulder and lower back for years. They would ache so much I couldn't do normal activity. I could feel the difference within a week and since I started using these, those aches are gone! I wouldn't have believed it was possible! These help WAY more than massages ever did and are way cheaper ;) give this a try and if it doesn't work for you, pass it on to someone else! So worth it!
