My daughter wanted an art birthday party and for part of that, we had the kids paint their own wooden letter. I sat out a bunch of acrylic paint bottles and let the kids fill up these paint palettes with the colors they wanted. It worked out perfectly. I had the kids using the 1 inch size foam paint brushes as well as the smaller sized, regular style paint brushes for detail work. It all went really well and the kids seemed to have a great time making their own creations in the colors they wanted. Just make sure if kids are using these, they understand not to fill the compartments to the top. We had a couple fill it to the brim and make a bit of a mess.These are made of a heavy duty plastic and the compartments are a good size for crafts or any type of painting. I originally (when I ordered them) was going to just throw them out after the party, but after I saw that they were good quality, I washed them up and am keeping them to use again in the future. I believe I'll be able to get many, many more uses out of them. I was very happy with these and would order them again.

These are life savers and money savers. We purchased these so we didn't have just random paper or cardboard floating around with paint.The basins are perfect, it keeps the paint neat and orderly as you paint, they are a dream to clean up (more to come later)These are great for combining colors in small amounts, you can keep the paint centralized instead of having to worry about how much paint is actually getting smooshed around while you're making any different shade of color. The amount of palettes you get is great because you can have a few sessions of painting without having to wash them.Cleaning these is super easy, you can rinse them off in the sink, or if you're feeling like splurging a little, you can throw them in your dishwasher (WE ONLY PUT THEM IN THE TOP SHELF) and it keeps their shape just fine and stacks back up.Great product, highly recommended.... Especially if you're tired of finding papers with paint all over your house.... with your feet... or backtrack steps to paper.

These are very handy to have around and I always have one sitting on my art table. I use them with high flow acrylics, acrylic ink, and India ink. Thick globs and layers of dried acrylic can be easily pealed off these palettes, but thin films and little bits of dried paint and ink require a different cleaning method. I rinse the palettes in the sink to get any wet paint or ink off, and I then spray or wet them with 91% isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol, let them set a moment, and then wipe them clean with a paper towel or rag. The dried acrylic and ink comes right off.

I bought these for my daughters birthday party. I used these for various icings and sprinkles for the kids to decorate their own sugar cookies. it worked out PERFECTLY and I am so very glad I got these. They have been used for both my daughter and my sons birthday parties and will be used for a craft date soon. They are easy to clean and I was even able to throw them in the dishwasher without any issue.

This is easy to clean and perfect with water paints. It goes very well with my kids easel. They love to paint with these boards.

I thought I was getting one palette with large, deep wells instead of several small palettes. It's OK as I can use them anyway.

The palettes were purchased for a large group activity. They held the appropriate amount of paint for a 10 x 10 - inch palette with plenty of space to spare. They cleaned easily and I believe we can reuse them an unlimited amount of times.The material is not flimsy and I did not worry about them cracking or collapsing.

Excellent! Just right for the children in my daycare and for our daughter's art class in school.

Great little paint trays. a little smaller than I expected but will do what I needed them for perfectly fine!
