Not too bad
Cathe has harder workouts out there. Like butts and guts and her high reps. I thought this one was a little on the light side for what she normally has. I was sweating at the end but did not have the mussel fatigue I usually get with her workouts. Most people can do this with the modifications she provides. I am fit and I look for workouts that push me. This one didn't. I would recommend her Hiit workout for something similar with more of a punch.

Too much
This video is contains a lot of jumping and very rapid moves. Unless you are under 40 and/or in excellent shape, this DVD is too much. I thought perhaps I could modify the moves for my age and fitness level, but the pace of the moves doesn't really allow for that. Wish I hadn't purchased. But it came brand new and came quickly.

fantastic workout! In my top 5 out of 300
I have over three hundred workouts, mostly advanced, and I have many Cathe workouts. This workout ranks in my top five workouts that I've ever done. No, it's not as difficult as some of Cathe's others, but I don't know if any other workout provides such a complete full-body workout--all in 42 minutes (using the "scambled eggs" premix which seems more difficult than the regular workout). You do all sorts of push-ups, all sorts of plyometrics, and all sorts of dumbbell moves. Most of the moves are fairly traditional, but the way all of the moves are put together makes for a workout that is fresh and interesting. The absolute best thing about the workout is that you never ever ever repeat a move. Every move is done one time and one time only. (A very few moves are done on both the right and left sides.) Additionally, you don't do the move until you're sick of it. You do various numbers of reps, and right when you think you've done enough, you have: Cathe ends that move and you're quickly on to the next one. I have a love-hate relationship with bootcamp-style workouts. I love the great workout I get, but I hate the boring, repetetive moves. There is no element of hate with this workout. It has no dread factor. None. When I haven't worked out in a couple of days, when I don't have an hour, when I want to do a lot of push-ups, when I am flat not in the mood to work out, I do Circuit Blast. If you're a serious exerciser and you want one of the best interaval workouts out there, get this one. If you're looking for endless minutes of hard but boring moves, get this one. You'll see what you've been missing.

Too much jumping!!
I agree with the reviewer Amy who said this workout contained too much jumping-but crazy jumping-box jumps, tuck jumps and not enough weights intervals.I prefer her ICE and LITE metabolic workouts because they contain a perfect mix of strength and moderate cardio.I’m 55 and have many Cathe DVDs and use them often but I really hated this one-and was frustrated that I got out all of my free weights and medicine ball and they were barely used

Excellent Circuit Training DVD!
I have 20 other Cathe videos, as well as her new XTrain series. I got this DVD to supplement what I already have and was not disappointed. What I like about this video in particular is that I feel that I get an overall body workout in only 44 minutes. The moves are challenging and different than the other videos I have by Cathe and I like that. I would highly recommend this video.

A great find!
The music is good and upbeat. Cathe is positive and upbeat as well. I thought that this workout would be easier for me, but it wasn't! Cathe challenged me....as always! I am glad I made this purchase and it came in the mail before its due date.
