I'm so glad I decided to order this fun & creative book. Every page presents a challenge that forces you to dig deep into your creative subconsciousness and to step out of your creative comfort zone. I believe that after time and much practice of the tasks and completion of exercises in this book, extraordinary results will occur. This is perfect for those who enjoy tapping into their own creativity and minds. It is also my opinion that completing any of these fun, creative tasks would be of enormous assistance to writers experiencing writer's block. I have already decided to purchase more of these books as gifts for family & friends. I am convinced that it will be a blessing to them just as it's been for me.

I am using this product to expand my creativity. It has already expanded my mind, since I've had to look up definitions of what they wanted me to do.

I really like this little book. I think you're supposed to do one exercise every day, but I don't. It's small, so it fits in my purse. So I take it with me and work in it when I'm stuck waiting somewhere. The exercises definitely require creativity, but many of the exercises are short, so it's easy to work in an exercise here and there.I have come across a few exercises that didn't make a whole lot of sense, but they're few and far between, so the book is still worth the price.

I love this product. I have a few of the other journals in the series as well.I found myself in a funk and was recommended a different book and loved it. I decided to try a few of the others and they have honestly helped. I love that you can do what works for you. If there is a day I'm feeling a certain way, I just find a page that fits. Voila!I recommend these books.

Given as a gift, and they will get good use out of it since it was a requested gift item. However, I think I'm in the same boat as a lot of the other reviewers, the book is VERY small, wish it was a inch or two larger so drawing in the book would be a lot simpler to do on a larger page. Nice idea for a child to slip in their backpack or to carry around in a purse. I would not really classify this for an adult that is an artist, a tad to simplistic for them to feel fully engaged.

A new an different challenge every day to get your creative juices flowing or to get you thinking outside your box. Relaxing and enjoyable.
