I recently purchased this paraffin wax bath, and I’m honestly impressed. Not only does it leave my skin incredibly soft and smooth, but it also noticeably reduces the joint pain in my hands from my autoimmune condition. The warm paraffin feels soothing, relaxing, and truly therapeutic. It has become a part of my daily self-care routine, and I’m very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend!

Excellent product especially for arthritic hands and feet. Very fairly priced. Works great and comes with all the great little necessities it needs.

Measured the heating. It’s not a complex problem - plug it in and wait for the paraffin to melt. Did I mention slow ? Wait. And wait. The heating time is multiples of hours. Not minutes - don’t have a stopwatch that will go that high. Did I mention slow ? The strategy will be to essentially leave this thing on. At this point - assuming it will hold a proper temperature. If not - the rating goes negative and I would return it. ***Update*** to my review (initial 2 stars). Based on the speed of heating, this unit basically needs to stay on and it needs a home where it can sit...no carrying a vat of hot wax around the house. If you can meet those two criteria, the size is very nice, the cover works well and the temperature maintenance is pretty good. If you can't put it somewhere for use and storage with a plug...probably not for you. I have the space and spot for it, so it now works well for me.

I like this product very much. The instructions are clear about starting the first time, how much wax to put in and what temps to use. However, they say to use 4-6 packs the first time but I found that 6-7 was a minimum for me to be able to cover the top of my hand when it was flat against the grid at the bottom of the tank. I ordered peach scented paraffin as I'm not a fan of lavender and the peach was perfect. Not too strong, not too weak. Overall, I would recommend this product. Easy to use and gets the job done!

Just what I needed - warms paraffin as described and provided the needed care for my tired hands. Added bonus is how smooth my hands feel afterwards.

This is easy to use, and it’s set up so you can adjust the temp to meet your own needs. We got this for my dad hoping it would help reduce some of the pain in his hands from arthritis. He loves it. This is an answer to prayer.

This product works from the perspective that the wax gets hot and the temperature controls work well. There are a lot of great accessories and I love that about this machine. The reason for the reduction of the two stars is that the wax that it comes with is so overwhelmingly fragrant that it instantly gives you a headache. If they are going to include such a fragrant wax, they also need to include some that is unscented to cut the strength of the fragrance. I literally could not get the fragrance out of my hands for an entire day.

Loving my new Karite Paraffin Wax Machine 4000 mls. Works great as advertised. Very happy with this purchase. I am sensitive to scents, so Karite customer service kindly replaced the scented lavender wax with unscented -- which I purchased through Amazon and Karite customer service promptly refunded. Thanks to Elan and his team at Karite customer service for your exceptional help. The replacement wax order from Amazon was delivered within 2 days but unfortunately was stolen from my front door, so now I am back to square one and have to re-order more wax from Amazon :( Hoping Karma catches up to the Thief!

I am enjoying this wax bath. The wax melts very quickly at maximum temperature, but it does take a bit of time to cool down to a usable state. I like the digital readout and sleek look of the unit. I wish the wax included wax unscented, as lavender is one of my least favourite odors. UPDATE: November 22, 2025 I am updating my review to 5 stars. The company responded quickly to my concern about the lavender scented wax and provided me with 10 packages of unscented wax at no charge. The response was very quick, as I submitted my review on November 13. I received the unscented wax on November 20.

I have been thoroughly enjoying my paraffin wax machine. I have been suffering with extremely dry hands and had read that a paraffin wax bath will help. After much research this one had the best reviews. I had received it three days ago and have been using it daily. I have to say my hands have been so much better after using it. I make sure to moisturize immediately afterwards while my hands are still soft and moisturized. I did not need the auto shut off as this is just for me and not a business. It melts the wax quickly. I used all of the bars that came with the machine. I had a few questions and the company was very efficient and easy to deal with. I am looking forward to my next spa day.
