Update 11MAY2021I took the sticks apart to add lubricant to any contact surfaces. I noticed after taking them apart that there was already lubricant on them. I wiped the original lubricant off and added fresh lubricant. and using 1500 grit sand paper sanded down any burrs from what I assume is the injection molding process. The "sticky" stick problem was still present after reassembly, but upon moving the stick I noticed that slightly pulling the stick and rotating it would catch at certain spots. I moved the stick across those spots while gently pulling up until it no longer felt like it was catching. I did this until it no longer felt like something was "dragging" this appears to have alleviated the problem.These appear to be seimitsu clones of some type. Minimal deadzone, very responsive, and fit into the surround built into these old Mayflash Universal PS2/PS3/PC arcade sticks. Now for the bad. Because there is little play and a bit of stiffness you can get this to "stick" if you gently let off of a direction causing spammed inputs if left alone or quick mis inputs if it happens during play. Perhaps some lubricant could alleviate this. Worst of all the packaging on these is terrible. The sticks barely fit inside their cardboard boxes and both mine arrived with smashed in blades on the micro switches poking out of the boxes. No packing in the boxes just the stick tightly inside the cardboard at the mercy every bump and smash. Luckily mine where easily bent back, but some other reviewers have received damaged units. For the price if you get ones that aren't destroyed in shipping at $8.49 I don't think anything can compete for us filthy casuals of the arcade and fighting genre.

This thing fell apart 2 times on me and I’ve had resemble each time.
