Awesome Canopy
Great canopy for the price -- just as easy if not more to set up compared to the overpriced Cool Cabana. It is literally the same product at half the price, just a little bit smaller. Withstands wind & rain like a champ. Did not need to use the side wall on this beach trip, but it provides a ton of great shade. Will most likely buy another canopy when the others get old.

Sturdy and easy to assemble
I grew up by the beach and still go back home regularly for some beach time. I’ve tried many types of umbrellas, and the struggle is finding one that is light enough to carry, sturdy enough not to blow away, easy enough to assemble that I can do it by myself while my 3 kids run around and provides enough shade that everyone is covered. This is a tall order, but Qipi delivers. I carried it to the beach along with my beach bag, my beach chair and a cooler. The umbrella was definitely the lightest thing in my load. I put it together solo to see how long it would take, my fellow parents know, you don’t have long to assemble the umbrella because if you take too long your kids are in the ocean without you. Am I right? For my first time assembling it took me 5 minutes 44 seconds to put up the umbrella, 7 minutes and 9 seconds if you include the side panel. It took me 5 minutes and 29 seconds to completely disassemble. Impressive. I really was impressed with the sturdiness of the middle bar and the spiked drill like bottom with turning bar. This is critical to keep the umbrella from blowing away. I was able to really get it in tight, to the point where I had to unscrew it to get it out at disassembly. We got some heavy wind and the thing barely moved. I also really liked the side panel. One of the annoying thing about umbrellas is that you have to move to stay in the shade throughout the day. But with this, I only had to get up once and switch the side panel from one side to the other to stay in the shade. Took me 10 seconds and I never had to move my chair. Disassembly was also quick and easy. I like how the bag has a Velcro pocket for the stakes and turn bar. I hate when they get lost in the bag. All in all I am impressed with this umbrella. It was much sturdier than I was expecting but still light and easy to assemble. So far I have only used it once. But I will update my review over time to see how it holds up. I expect to get 3-5 years of use out of my umbrellas so we’ll see if this lasts that long.

Qipi - thrilled with our selection vs CoolCabana
Fantastic! My go to the beach annually with brother (and his family) - and they bought a CoolCabana for $229 two years ago. We go to the beach 2x/year and didn’t feel like $229 was reasonable for limited use. So, we ended up buying a Qipi and just used it for the first time. Even my brother was jealous. It’s easy to set up, sturdy and, using the ‘wall shade attachment,’ comes with even more shade than his (waaayyy) more expensive CoolCabana. For $70 on Prime Deal days, these are an absolute steal! I’ve now bought another!

Light, easy to assemble and disassemble
This product is so light. I love how there’s a side shade for extra protection. There’s even pockets on all sides. Also very easy to assemble and put away.

Stable and good sun shade
Easy to put up and fill pockets with sand. The panels don’t work as well when the wind is blowing so I left them off. The problem came when we were taking it down. I couldn’t get the umbrella to close. The button was stuck. It took several people but we finally got it to release.

Easy to use, provides great shade - but doesn’t hold up
EDIT: We used it for one week last year and are on Day 1 of using it for the second year. Unfortunately, it did not hold up and a piece randomly snapped on a non-windy day. Disappointing to get only a season of use out of it for the price paid.I have used this for a week at the beach. It is easy for one person to set up and take down - I can do both in less than 5 minutes. It is heavier than I expected, but not too heavy. It provides nice shade, seems to be high quality, and is stable and sturdy when set up. It is a steal at the price, and seems just as good as other brand canopies.

Perfect!
LOVE. Light weight. Easy to put up. A little small so only good for 2/3 people. But perfect for us and the price works for what you get. Recommend.

Works well, too large to store in trunk
Works well, 2 drawbacks. It's too long, does not fit in trunk area, takes up too much space. The straps on the carry bag aren't sturdy enough, mine are ripping.Easy set up, haven't had problems during windy days.Good that the extra panel can be attached on all sides
