I absolutely love this torch. I was skeptical when I bought it because it was an off brand. It feels durable and works great. I have use both Mapp and propane through this unit. Works well. It currently resides in the dry storage of the boat with brushes and aluminum low temp rods for repairs. Thinking about buying another one!

Works great, easy to use, lights up right away

This things a beast, well made, works better than expected and the price was right.

Overall the quality is good. The only problem I found with the one I received is the threads where the propane bottle screws on are rough. It felt like it was cross threading but wasn't. Tried it with 3 different bottles it felt the same on all three. Lit and worked fine.

Though it's a little bulky it makes up for it with its performance. I used the tip for searing to spread the flame on a Chrome plated tube that was covered with a thin plastic film. The torch worked flawlessly. I like the flame instant on and instant off of its trigger. No turning on and off of a knob during use. Simply press it's trigger and you have flame, release trigger flame goes out. The heat level is high and instantaneous when you depress its trigger. It's single-handed use allows work in difficult situations where you need your other hand to hold your work. This is a nice torch. I would buy it again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality, high heat, high performance torch.
