I found this product while traveling in France (although bought this one here). I love European products due to their very stringent standards for clean and safe ingredients. This was hands down the salesperson top choice for body lotion and said many others she works with love it. It's been a great product. Over the last few years of living in Georgia and cold winters with a warm house the dry out factor is big. Middle age doesn't help - ahem. It works very well, absorbs well (as long as I don't overdo it). I've found it hydrating enough that after a few daily applications it allows to take a day off in between. It's not only taken away the dryness but made my skin super soft. It's a good heavy lifter product, while not the most sophisticated. I use something different for the decollate area with more age fighting ingredients. The smell is also not good at all. That's truly the only bummer. I'd def. not have continued because of that but it works so darn well!!! The ingredient list is slightly different than the one in France but their level of being clearn are the same.

I was looking for a daily body moisturizer with shea butter and ceramides. I tried CeraVa first, but it caused my skin to itch in some places, similar to what happens when I was sweating. Then I tried La Roche, which has the added benefits of antioxidants. I can apply this in the morning and have smooth and soft skin the next day. It doesn't feel heavy so long as I spread it thinly, and it works as a great final step to seal in the moisture from toners and serums. There's no irritation, and the bottle lasts a very long time for the price. Overall, perfect daily lotion for me. Will keep using.

This Lipikar balm is truly the best for atopic skin. My daughter has had atopic dermatitis since infancy, and this is the only product that keeps her symptoms under control. The texture is light yet effective, absorbs easily, and provides long-lasting relief. It has a pleasant, mild scent and is gentle enough for even the youngest children. The quality is excellent, and a little goes a long way, making it very economical despite the higher price. For anyone dealing with sensitive or atopic skin, this balm is absolutely worth it — highly recommended!

A high-quality body cream that moisturizes, protects, and help repair the skin barrier. It works to provide dry and thirsty skin with moisture and hydration leaving the skin soft and smooth. Because it is thick and rich cream it is important not to overuse the amount of lotion when applying to the skin or it may feel too heavy with an oil feel. I have found it is best to apply right out of the shower or bath while the skin is damp, for better absorption. It is great for babies, kids, full body use as well as facial care. Great quality from a long-time skin care line backed by dermatologist that is an excellent value with proven results.

Their skin stays soft and hydrated for hours, especially during colder weather when dryness is a problem. The texture is rich and creamy — great for moisture — but it’s a little thick, so it can take some time to spread evenly. Once it’s absorbed, it doesn’t feel greasy or sticky, which I really like. Areas that were usually rough (like elbows and shins) felt noticeably smoother and calmer. What stood out most is how well it works for sensitive and reactive skin. There’s no fragrance, no burning, and no tacky residue. I also used it after showering to help with winter dryness, and it locked in moisture all day. If you struggle with eczema patches, this formula feels soothing immediately—there’s no sting, and the redness reduces fast. A little goes a long way, so even though the bottle isn’t the cheapest, it lasts a long time and performs better than most drugstore options I’ve tried. The pump is also super convenient and gives the right amount each time. If you’re looking for something that actually repairs the skin barrier and not just sits on top of it, this is worth trying. Im 40 with super sensative, hormonal acne ridden skin. I also just lost 80 lbs and this stuff helped my skin bouce back beautifully. Litterally anything breaks me out. I need a better moisturizer in the cold months to prevent super dry skin espexially on my cheeks and mouth area. I had great success with Bare Minerals but they eventually discontinued the wash and moisturizer I liked best from them, which led me to this. Now ill start by saying it has no scent. Maybe the Niacinimide does slightly but it goes away quickly. Not a deal breaker! Its also very thick, also not a huge issue, which I have a great tip for below. When I saw "face and body" I truly thought no way. No way is that good for anyone, especially me with my issues. Well I was so wrong. 3 weeks in and my acne actually healed on my face and back. I'm shocked. It also has made my skin SO HEALTHY, Glowy and smooth. My skin is so visibly hydrated and not at all sticky. THATS WHAT WE ARE ALL LOOKING FOR. I want to let everyone in on a little trick I've found. If you mist filtered water onto any area you are applying lotion to, prior to applying it, not only does it stretch your product way further, but it helps your skin retain good water with the product in the top layers of your skin. Or apply it to damp skin straight out of the shower. I've found that it helps me reduce all sensative skin issues just by adding a spritz of water, and rubbing it into the area fully until absorbed. I will definitely be purchasing this again. I think this might be my forever lotion.

Happy recipient!! The best I’ve found so far. Moisturizing but no greasy feel, absorbs well and feels amazing. No more flaky winter skin. Would definitely recommend, based on my experience. I use only on the body. La Rouche also has a fabulous product for the face, also wonderful! Love the lightweight feel
