Truly healing
When you go through something in life that feels like it gets you down, this book/words of uplifting wisdom will be a good start of that strength to move forward from whatever you are struggling with, especially I loss of a loved one. I read this one in one sitting with a hot cup of tea and was one of my favorite nights in a long time. I would seriously suggest anyone to read this book for encouraging and healing words. It’s a reminder that we need to keep moving forward and love ourselves, which I think everyone needs here or there. Inspires me to write myself! Well done !

Great short book
Great book. A lot of healing poems for a lot of situations. Makes you realize that what we go through in life especially the hard times it’s ok to be kind, love others & most of all love yourself. Cried a little.

Step out of the shadows - into the light.
Reading Alexandra's 'Healing Words' will resonate most of all with anyone who has ever felt lonely at all, ever. She paints a detailed picture of pain and suffering and the consequences that are possible if you're not willing to imagine, hopefully, a realm of possibility where you can grow from your own inner strength, once you find it, nurture it and bring it out of the shadows, to be shared, loved and celebrated in the beauty of a new light.

Depends on your mindset.
I'm glad I wasn't really depressed before reading this book. It almost made me depressed. There were a few good ones, with some hope, but I've only read about 1/4 of the book so far. One thing I didn't like, was that the titles of the poems were at the end of the last page of the poems, instead of at the top of the first page. I've never seen that before, and it bothered me!
