This is a gorgeous piece but I would size up a whole size. I really wanted something with rose gold & this was one of the few venders that carry them. The first bracelet was way too small. Customer Service was very nice and resent a new bracelet in a larger size but for some reason the bracelet still doesn’t fit. I’m not sure if it’s because the bracelet is so chunky or what. The only reason I’m not giving this a 1star is because CS tried to make this right, it just didn’t work. I ended up buying my regular size from another brand.

I’m a diabetic!Gotta have one of these guys if you’re a diabetic. Just might save your life.Mine arrived with everything perfectly engraved exactly as I had requested. Very handsome, masculine bracelet as well.I have just two very minor complaints. One, the flat, engraved part of the bracelet always ends up on top of my wrist. Not my preferred way of wearing it. But that’s very minor. Two, and this is a little more serious, I don’t care for the clasps at all. They seem to be the weakest part of the bracelet. I just can’t see them holding up for long. But so far, so good. We’ll have to see.Bear in mind that it’s coming from China 🇨🇳.That doesn’t thrill me but I couldn’t find one made in the USA 🇺🇸. So it’s gonna take a few weeks.All in all, for the price I really shouldn’t complain too much.(oh-I actually am a drunk. Just been sober for 5 years. lol)I would buy it again.Thanks for reading

I am happy with my medical alert bracelet. I was told by one of my doctors that I could never have another MRI due to a loose lead with electrodes that couldn't be removed from my spine. It made me very paranoid to think that I could be in an accident or something wrong that I couldn't tell medical personnel about NOT doing an MRI. Most websites have bracelets that show a specific medical problem (diabetes, pacemaker, etc) so there wasn't an option to list my medical alert. This bracelet is heavy enough and not flimsy. There was room on the front and back to list my name, emergency phone number and the pertinent information. Other suppliers charged for engraving - MOWOM didn't charge for that and it saved a bit of money although their price was very reasonable anyway! Also, it arrived sooner than I expected since it was a custom order that had to be engraved.

The item is a very attractive and sturdy bracelet. The price is very reasonable and delivery was quick. Delivery was projected for between Mar. 3rd and Mar. 30th. I expected delivery towards the end of the range but was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived on the 3rd.The one issue I have is the picture on the web site showed an item with the medical symbol and text in a highly visible black background and font. The item description also states "HIGH CONTRAST LASER ENGRAVING - Bold high contrast lettering, easy to read and won’t fade." The item received lacked any color. There is no contrast between the engraving and the plate the engraving is on. While the medical symbol is large enough to make out, the text is difficult to read without angling the bracelet to catch the light just right.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:So, I’ve had this bracelet for such a short time (less than a month), and it’s already broken and fallen off my wrist FIVE times. My husband was able to fix it, because thankfully it’s fallen off in my house and I was able to find it and he’s handy. The whole point of this is to assist me in an emergency, yet I can’t count on it. I’m very annoyed. I’ve written to the company and gotten no response. The bracelet is junk, NOT to be counted on, and same with the company I ordered it from.I need a medical I’d bracelet and up til now I’ve been ordering through a different site. I happened to look on Amazon this time and this bracelet showed up. Wow! I’m SO happy with it! It looks even better than it did in the picture, and the quality is even better than I expected! When it came in the mail, I was so pleasantly surprised at how it was packaged! Such great care was taken to create and package this for me. I felt so special!

Not heavy at all....making it less noticeable/less of an annoyance for the wearer...Engraving is too light...Responder must look closely to read; words arent obvious unless on close inspection...A medically trained person would know to look and read, but the average person would think the item is just fashion jewelry, and possibly ignore the information seeing how the identification is very thin & dim....Nonetheless, a great product for the wearer.

I was asked to write this, though I've only had it a day. So, first, I will say it's very stylish, very comfortable, seems to fit very well, & it was delivered to me a lot faster than they said @ first. So that's a great start! All that for the price is worth it. If it lasts @ least 2 years, then we're in tip shop shape. (I don't know that yet, 'tis why only 4 start instead of 5 @ this time). I sure hope it lasts, I'll definitely get another in 2/3/4 years if it does indeed, thank you very much!

Am very happy with this bracelet it lightweight seems sturdy and well made I have had a 3 year old pulling on my arm many a time catching it and it hasn’t broken I also got it slightly bigger than my wrist so it hangs a bit to avoid it breaking or being to tight also love that I could get may medical details and emergency contact on the back out of view. But could write anything on the front I chose my love of my football team on the front choose your own wording or fav line from a song found this to be a great feature made it more personal to me

I bought this product a month ago and wanted to wait before reviewing.In short, it is everything I expected, is a great price and importantly it allows you to put a lot more info on the engraved plate.- I was able to have 3 lines on each side, so had my name, the medical condition, the med's and amount, contact name and two phone numbers! This contrasts with *very* limited engraving on other bracelets.- after a month there is no indication of any issue with quality- two minor suggestions: - look at some other chain bracelet designs. I like the simple one I got though - consider having the 90° edges of the engraved plate rounded slightly (or even just filed a little) so it's not a sharp 90° angleVery happy with this, and it came more quickly than advertised.
