My search is over, perfect for milk/chai
Omg, I am literally in love with this product. I was searching for the exact product to use daily for milk. It’s very easy to use, easy to hand wash. It is safe to wash it in dish washer but I still wash it with my hands and it takes just 1 minute. I use it at medium flame. Also, it’s easy to handle. Perfect. Just perfect.

You can make 3 cups of Indian tea in this pan. The quality is good. The handle is sturdy. I’ll recommend this product.

Effective Pot but with Cleaning Hassles
The HAWKINS Stainless Steel Pot is a decent product overall, but it has a notable flaw. After heating milk, it tends to stick to the pot, making it difficult to clean. It requires extra effort to remove the stuck-on residue. However, in terms of cooking performance, heat distribution, and durability, the pot is excellent. If the cleaning issue were addressed, it would be a top-notch product.

Handle breaks in dishwasher
Handles break off after dishwasher. This is the 2nd one I bought that did this. I can’t even locate the screws. Poor construction!

Not for milk
Makes weird sound, and sparks when contact with water and milk. Leaves black mark when you pour milk or after boiling milk. I’m gonna have to throw this or return.
