Great mineral foundation
Jane Iredale's PureMatte powder works great for me as a foundation. I have extremely sensitive skin (9 out of 10 products will cause redness and irritation) and I love this brand because it doesn't cause me any problems. I only have to reapply about once a day. I would say it is meant for medium coverage. I use it with the Pommisst Hydration Spray so that it will not look cakey. Their customer service is also excellent and they will help you exchange any product that doesn't work for you.

its awful thin compact
Its really to high price for what I received. The refill compact with powder is very very thin. You don't get much powder in it. This is my opion.

Perfect touch up - good quality
I am a big fan of JI products and have used everything from her full coverage foundation to powder foundation. I like to use this as a touch up during the day or maybe before I leave work if I'm meeting up with friends. I can use a little, or more, if I'm having one of those I feel and look tired days.

The powder was cracked when I got it. This is the second time this has happened. Otherwise I love the product. I might try the loose powder next time
