My boyfriend loved these! Bought as a present as he is a steak fanatic. The quality is amazing and the addition of the little steal pots is what sold them to me and one of his favourite details. Shame the juice gutter isnt all the way round, but apart from that it is perfect. I did a lot of shopping about and am very happy i went with these!

Although the boards are nice, the silver bowls which are meant to be included are missing

I received the package with the sauces smashed .I would guess the full batch will have the same problem with no protection the the soy's sauce plates .Just moving about the box .Cant really comment about the use ,yet .But they look unfinished .I will need to sand them where they have been machined .Would not replace the plate and wanted the full box sending back .Not convenient. Take the risk !

Ces planches sont de bonnes qualités !Je les chauffe dans un four à 40-50° avant de servir la viande à table et sincèrement, on sent la différence. La viande refroidit bien moins vite et l'expérience est plaisante !La planche ne prend pas les odeurs et résiste assez bien au fil du couteau.Le lavage se fait très facilement.

Son tal cual se anuncian. Por ahora solo las hemos utilizado una vez. Tablas de calidad y elegantes. Eso sí, las marcas de los cuchillos se notan. Aunque son caras, las considero una buena compra

nur sind die Ränder und Kanten zu eckig/scharfkantig und das Brett dürfte größer sein oder meine Steaks kleiner 😉 (mein Problem; die Maße sind ja bekannt).Oder alternativ viel dünner. Das wäre aber wohl nicht stabil genug. Die Saftrille braucht ja etwas Tiefe.Beim nächsten Brett werde ich jedenfalls ein deutlich größeres nehmen wo noch eine kleine Salatschale o.ä. mit drauf passt.
