I don’t really write reviews. I use this product every day it hits all the core spot I wanted to change and it’s travel well. Definitely a hit!

No instructions on different ways to use this and it just came in a plastic zip lock bag, no packaging box. After looking up videos on you tube we figured it out and love it.

This was a gift and she loved it immensely - uses it daily at home and can stretch and work out any time she wants - great instruction manual too so you know what exercises to do and how to do them! Great gift for older adults who dont want to go to the gym but still want to keep fit :)

For leg strength and squats

This is a good product for people looking to get back into shape. I do however feel it’s only limited to people of a certain height. I’m 5ft 6in and even I can’t get a full range of motion when doing a lot of exercises. My recommendation is for people who are between 5ft and 5ft 5in who are beginning the getting into shape journey. Aside from that it’s a pretty good beginner at home workout tool.

I use these three times a week. They’re great! Since covid closed my gym, I’ve been using these and will never go back to the gym. They give me a very strenuous workout while I’m watching tv.

Very versatile. It doesn’t replace the actual gym, but it is a very close second. All the major muscle groups can be trained using this. My wife and I can both use this with ease. The 6 bands are plenty for a great home work out.

Great for traveling and home use.
