Great Sports Bra!
This bra is perfect for medium to high impact workouts - it stays in place and holds everything else in place as well! I will purchase more in the future!

Not absolute max support
If you are a big chested lady this sports bra does not support for high impact activities, running, jumping, etc.it is comfortable and works for yoga or light weightlifting.

Adjustable!
Nice, comfortable. Used it after my lumpectomy but will continue to use it for jogging. It's nice to not have to struggle to put it on overhead. The hooks in the back make it easy and adjustable.

I ordered an extra large but the cups flare out slightly on the sides.
Cups were too wide and flared slightly so as to not have a smooth fit.
