Oh look! Another Glorious Game!!
Very highly recommend!! This game is sooo fun!! We play it many times each year, sometimes not even around Halloween!! It’s fun & challenging!! There is definitely a lot of strategy involved throughout the game!! My siblings and I are in our late 20s to early 30s & really enjoy it, I think it would be great for kids as well as adults! I’ve bought this game as gifts for many of my friends & family!

Great and fun game!
Fun, easy, quick and original! The game is easy to learn after the first round and reading the instructions carefully, however it is NOT easy to beat the Sanderson Sisters... they are so powerful! Super fun and simple, each game takes 20-30 mins, and even though the rules are simple and fun it is hard to win. Its great! the whole purpose of a cooperative game is to work together to beat the opponent, and the Sanderson Sisters are worthy opponents indeed!

Easy to learn and fun to play
Disney’s Hocus Pocus board game is a quick, fun game. The rules are easy enough to learn and the cooperative nature of the game makes it a good fit for families with younger kids. While easy to learn the game is challenging and is probably best to play with 3 or 4 people (although we still had fun with just 2 players).

Fun but kind of hard to figure out at first
I have been in love with hocus pocus since I first saw it in the theater as a kid so when I saw this game I had to have it! The packaging is adorable & I love the way it looks. My husband & I played this with our 6 & 10 year old & it was a bit difficult to figure out at first. We had to watch a video on YouTube to get the hang of it. It is too hard for my 6 year old but my 10 year old liked it. I think once we play more & get use to it it will become a favorite!

Just a bunch of Hocus Pocus fun!
🔮 “It’s just a bunch of HOCUS POCUS!” 🔮 Our family ran amok, amok, amok, amok, trying to stop the Sanderson Sisters from creating their potion. The instructions are a little complicated, but once we got a hang of the game it was very fun & easy! Definitely a must have for a family with kids 7 & up especially if y’all love the movie. The objective is to work together to ruin the Sanderson Sisters’ potion 3 times so the sun comes up on the witches board. You take turns changing the potion in the cauldron until you can stun a witch. However their magic prevents you from sharing your hand so you have to ask each other questions instead. Questions like: “Do you have any _________ color cards?” - Asking only if the have a certain color. “Do you have any Oil of Boil?” -Asking only if they have a certain ingredient. So one person asks a question & everyone answers yes or no. Then the person that asked the question lays down one card from their hand & picks up a new ingredient card. You take turns doing that until you can stun one of the witches. Once you get a certain set it will stun a particular witch & the sun is closer to rising. If you run out of ingredient cards before the sun rises (playing 3 rounds) then the Sanderson Sisters have won. There is other things that adds/changes up the game a bit like spell cards, Binx mover, & trick tokens. I added pictures of the instructions because they are long & detailed. I also added a set of each witch stunned & other details. My girls are 8 & 13 years old. They both really enjoyed it. It’s not a long game, but would be fun to play multiple times in a row.

The Sanderson Sisters' potion falls flat!
Opening Synopsis: I don't like games that are cooperative but you can't talk to each other. It feels weird and just not as fun. This game has that mechanic and thus my mediocre rating. However, my 8 year old enjoyed playing. Here is my rundown of the game for those who may care. Theme - I love the movie and the game does a good job capturing a lot of the movie. - I will play this on Halloween holiday with family just for fun. Components/Artwork - The game is well made with good components. - The artwork is nice and matches the theme of movie - The cards are kinda shiny and more plastic feel. They still shuffle fine, but not my favorite feel. Will protect against little sticky fingers! Game Play/Difficulty - I read the rules in 10 minutes and taught my 8 year old daughter in 10 minutes as well. She picked up on it quickly. My daughter really liked the game even though we lost our first game together. - There is enough strategy, but a fair amount of luck is present in the game as well. Summary : Worth it for the theme if you really are interested, but the game wasn't as fun as I was hoping.

Takes some time to figure out
Love love love the packaging! 5 stars just for the look of the game. Mine was delivered to my house the day it was released. The game is a little complicated and took some time to fully understand. We didn’t stun a witch until our third try. We finally won on our fourth try. Might be a little hard for younger Hocus Pocus lovers. But overall a fun game themed to a cult classic.
