The worst ultrasound I have ever used. Promptly returned as the resolution was so poor it was impossible to use in clinical setting.

The device will not connect to any of my android devices, which are all about one year old. Also, attempting to connect to a Windows 10 PC, I get the message "unable to connect".Oh, and then after perusing the Quick Start Guide, on the last page in yellow highlight, it states the device "may not connect to new Android phones/tablets". Wow, selling it on the premise that it will connect to such a device seems, at the very least, disingenuous.Do not waste your money.

Will not connect to anything. Tried it on a Samsung S21 Ultra, Amazon Fire HD10, Samsung S10 Lite and a Windows desktop. Then I noticed this warning in the quick start guide. This product is outdated with no support or way to update the firmware. Also, micro USB. For the price this is extremely disappointing.

It’s a good device for the abdomen ultrasound but the resolution is too little for the neck. The app is intuitive to use and the connection to the device worked seemlessly.

Works great, very good imaging quality. Never got it to connect with my Android tablet, only the iPad.
