Not as sturdy as actual dentist tools but they work well when you have a spot you want to poke at. The tools themselves are sharp, thin, and hold up well under light pressure. Mirror fogs up easily, recommend holding your breath or breathing through nose. Case is plastic and flimsy, hinge broke within a month or two of our purchase.

Excellent quality tools for in between dentist visits. The tools are sharp so one needs to take care when using. I have used several times and while being careful and patient, have successfully managed to clean my teeth. Do take care; these feel like professional level tools.

So I saw this tool kit and the mirror is a lot better than my old plastic one which broke. But the other tools with it actually help get rid of a hard tiny glue stick on one of my teeth from having braces and it took care of it. It's good the product made a case for it.

These are great for getting tartar off teeth yourself. Lots of different styles with different heads at each end, plus a mirror. I don't use them a lot, but I've had them for a few years now.
